My husband and I took a day trip and found this great place driving around. The manger was super nice. We aye outside, super cute. We went inside to look around, it was amazing! The food was great too! Our complements to the chef!

My boyfriend and I decided to stop in for dinner, but quickly realized we made a mistake. There were flies buzzing around our table so we decided to move indoors where instead of flies, there were gnats... When we told our waitress, all she said was that we were the second table to move on her that day and just laughed it off. When we got our food, both of our orders were wrong. I ordered the chicken marsala with no mushrooms and for him, a medium steak and fries. Instead he got a well done steak and I ended up with mushrooms. We decided to push through it because the waitress didnt come back to the table and we were famished. My noodles were undercooked and my boyfriend's steak had a lot of fat. He kept spitting out piece after piece until focusing instead on his fries. I couldn't bring myself to eat more than a few bites so I also ate some of his fries. After waiting for fifteen minutes with our dishes stacked and put to the side and no sign of our server, we did the math of our bill and left. We were already out the door when our waitress came yelling after us. My boyfriend told her our money was on our table, but she looked unconvinced so we waited for her to go check. She never came back out so we left.

I could've overlooked a lot of stuff, being an ex waitress myself, but it goes way beyond that and people need to know what they're paying for. For all of this, we paid $40. Hopefully they improve their services, because from what we could see, they weren't getting a lot...

If I could give a 0, I would! The worst service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. We came in from out of town and made reservations for noon. We got our first round of drinks 30 minutes later. We had to get up and go to the bar to get our own drinks from then on out. 2 hours later our food came, but not everyone's food. It took 2 and a half hours for our food to arrive! The owner blamed the hassle on our waitress who was 6 months pregnant and offered 10% off our bill; I told her that was unacceptable and ludacris that she would blame the entire bad experience on a waitress. She then compted all the drinks and took 30% off the total bill.

After we left, she then berated us on the public side walk accusing us of driving away business. The business left because the lack of service was awful! There were only 5 people working (including the kitchen staff) that day. I can see why no one wants to work there with an owner like that! I have never seen so many people waiting on food and empty...

I was terribly embarrassed, as I brought 7 other guests to the restaurant on Saturday July 20th. The restaurant smelled bad, they didn’t have the prime rib special bc they ran out on Friday. Didn’t have the chickles that were listed on the menu. The onion soup was not hot, the ribs and steak were not warm. One plate of ribs was sent back. The waitress Sarah didn’t seem to care about us. We had to ask for more drinks, straw, my salad was delivered without dressing, which was brought after waiting several minutes. Had to ask for everything. Cole slaw tasted bad, wet wipes were in packages and some of them were dried out. It was in a word, terrible. I will never bring guests there again, nor will I ever dine there myself. The women’s bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine! There are plenty of other places to eat in Madison. Go elsewhere!!!! Written by a...
