Yom & Layl Perfume Bar — Attraction in Maine Township

I was not pleased at all with my purchase from yom and layl, i ordered 2 discovery box sets and 2 of 10 ml travel sample kits. 4 out of the 12 smelled nice and wouldn't mind wearing them everyday but they don't last that long at all. I spray it on and 1 hour later people around me say they can't smell it anymore for any of the fragrances that I did like. Then 8 out of the 12 scents were absolutely terrible and 4 of those bad scents were so bad that they physically made me feel sick & gave me a really bad stomach ache/headache for hours and I genuinely wish I never smell those scents again. I asked for a refund since most of them I didn't like. They told me they don't offer refunds for 10 ml, alright this place is definitely a rip off/joke. I will never be coming here again and telling anyone that I know who likes perfume or cologne to spend their money elsewhere on the real deal, like name brand fragrances. They charge $85 for a 3.4oz??? When you can go buy the real thing for basically the same price, Jean Paul gaultier is literally $190 for a 6.8oz so everyone literally might as well go buy the real eau de toilette, eau de parfum, or the elixir of your choice from a legit brand not this place it's a straight rip off and you'll be wasting money here.💯💯💯 Can't believe they have this many 5 stars reviews, what an absolute joke, either people have absolutely terrible taste in scents or this place is paying people to give them good...

THE BEST EXPERIENCE 🗣️CUSTOMER SERVICE was beyond superb!!!!!!!!! I ordered a set in enough time to have before we went on vacation and it was (and still is) severely delayed via the USPS. I spoke with them via messages and they wanted to ENSURE I got my set before I left for my trip, so what did they do? They overnighted me a brand new set and I was able to get my cologne. First off, this WAS NOT Yom & Layl mistake but yet they took the time and service to make sure I had a great experience not only with the company but more importantly on my trip. You can’t and will not find customer service like this in today’s time and just off of that alone I will forever be a loyal customer to them. Secondly, yes the colognes were AMAZING!!!!! I got compliments literally everywhere I went. One would think you’d question the quality but it by far superior just like their customer service. The presentation was good as well. I can't say enough great things about the Yom & Layl team. They went above and beyond what we could even dream of as a perfume bar vendor for our wedding. During the initial stages of planning, they were so responsive to any questions we had. They made the whole process so much fun and educational when it came time to select our custom bride and groom signature scents, and when we got to customize the velvet pouches with our initials and wedding date. They were our favorite vendor to work with during the stressful wedding planning time! Their perfumes are also very high quality, the scents are so long lasting! On the day of the event, they were so prepared and professional, we didn't have to worry about a thing! The setup was so beautiful and all the guests enjoyed it thoroughly! I loved that the guests could take home something special to remember the wedding. They still talk about how great it was 6 months after the wedding, it was truly the highlight of the evening.
