MR. BROAST ROSEMONT — Restaurant in Maine Township

I have gone to the Rosemont location twice so far, and on both occasions, I've had bad customer service by one of the employees. I went with my friend she had ordered the butter chicken with rice and onion rings. Once our food was placed and we were called up to pick up 1 of 2 of the orders we made in the place the rude man said the order was ready but once I picked it up from him I had to double check everything was there in the bag and I almost walked out with only one order and I double checked to see if the orders we both made were all there in the bag. But once I realized we were missing my order, I went back up to the rude man, and he asked me for the receipt as if we were planning to scam him with getting free food. The thing is, some people shouldn't talk, especially if they look sus af and how they treat people. I dont care if it's policy to check receipts but to have a bad attitude working in the food industry, you just make yourself and the food company look terrible and very unprofessional. Anyways going back to the orders, my friend had rice that came with her buttered chicken and told me the rice tasted bad like unwashed and dry, and it doesn't even taste close to biryani. I had ordered the chicken Tikka masala, and the chicken tasted awful as if it they had the chicken sitting out all day. I had gotten a bad stomach ache from it because it tasted like the food went bad. To wrap and sum up it up, worst customer service and horrible rotten food that's poorly made. People should avoid this place like the plague. Hope to save you all the stomach aches and bad unprofessional service experiences. They don't feel bad nor will they apologize for anything, don't waste your time on them. This is definitely my last time I go there and will spread the word to not recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first time visiting this place. Mr. Broast is really great and full of amazing offers. They have a wide variety of food here, their menu is huge, and you can absolutely find anything you want. All of their food is affordable and worth the price. You can literally order anything from the menu without breaking your pockets. Perfect spot to bring and treat your friends and family. They have chicken, sandwiches, burgers, milk tea, coffee, fries, and others. You will absolutely be going to enjoy and love the menu once you visit this place. Everything was on point, well-portioned, and made to perfection. They will serve your orders on time while it is literally hot and fresh. Just need to wait for 5-10 minutes for them to properly prepare your orders. The prices here are affordable, the food is phenomenal, and the whole place is clean. Their interior and exterior are both organized and well-maintained. They have plenty of seating inside and outside the store. The interior has a great ambiance, and a retro vibe, and it is very calming. While the exterior has tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Very cozy and enjoyable spot. Their location is easy to find and convenient. This place is definitely a gem in this area of Des Plaines. Everything they have here is amazing. An absolutely fabulous experience at this spot! Mr. Broast is such great place to bring your family, friends, and special someone. Their place is very welcoming, enjoyable, and relaxing. You will absolutely love the ambiance inside the place and you will also like their designs and decors. Their menu here is really amazing. You have so many choices and they have big variety. You can find anything here that can surely satisfy your cravings. All of their food here are really amazing and unique. They made it to perfection and freshly cooked. You can buy anything you want in affordable price because they are so fair. You can save a lot of money here while eating an amazing and delicious food. Mr. Broast is exceptional. You can visit here in just few minutes from your area. They are so easy to go to, they are near, and their location is very accessible. You all must visit this place if you are nearby and try their food. This place never disappoints. They will definitely give all the things you need and satisfy your cravings.
