Everyone in this location deserves a raise. The manager was very helpful in accommodating my order.

It looks like Naf Naf information system isn't designed for anything other then one person ordering at a time. When trying to place an online order for my company it denied me on the web portal with no explanation on how to correct other then to try again later with no specific time frame. I tried and I tried again later to no avail. When you click support on the website it says to call the local store, the manager informed me they have no tools capable of supporting me remotely. Then I download the App, and it wouldn't recognize the card.

The manager agreed to take the order written down, it was a large and complex order. Even though they were busy and still had multiple walk in's coming into their location they still took the time to fulfill my order. If I could give this location 5 stars and corporate 1 star I would. The staff was patient, understanding, hardworking, and diligent. Like I said earlier they all deserve raises. It appears either corporate naf naf is blissfully unaware of frustrating it is to resolve any issue with their specific way of ordering or they're negligent in assisting their staff when presented with a scenario their specific process isn't...

I came to this location to pick up an online order. After receiving my order I began to walk towards the door while opening my bag to insure everything was in there. I noticed only one sauce so I went back to the counter to let them know I ordered a tahini sauce and a garlic sauce on the side because I didn’t want it in the bowl. A female began to argue back and forth with me because she was so rude she didn’t even realize what I was saying which was I ordered my sauce online but I meant to order 1 tahini and 1 garlic. She called me “lady” took my phone out my hand and try to show me what was irrelevant. She refused to give me her name she told me I better leave the store I better get my camera out her face she’s going to call the police on me I better get off her property. She also began to record me either her phone. This unprofessional behavior was by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. To be my second visit and issue at this location is very disappointing. The level of disrespect I received from this employee was so mind blowing. I would like for someone to reach out to me about this behavior. All employees in fast food work in the public’s eye and cannot refuse...

Naf Naf Grill is a very unique and different restaurant. They specialize in middle-eastern cuisine. The restaurant is fashioned after fast food restaurants, such as chiotle. You start with a pita, bowl, or plate, and then build your meal from there. You have an option of steak, chicken, and falafel at this location. Additional items include the Naf fries and lentil soup. Also, the have several sauces to add to your dishes. Every time I go here, I am always greeted with kindness and am very happy with the customer service. The food is very tasty, and is full of flavor. One complaint I have is the inconsistancy in freshness of food. For example, I have recieved cold falafel once or twice. However, this is such a minor issue, considering that the food is very good, and that the restaurant is a pleasant place to dine at. Usually, I go for dinner time, and I am surprised to see vert minimal parties and individuals here.
