Good day people 1st off Thank you 🙏🏿 to GOLDSMITH JEWELRY SHOPPE at 1212 Lee rd in Orlando for their time their courtesy their care there insight and consideration. I had literally lost a piece of jewelry ( pendant piece) and on the way to wherever I was going I came across GOLDSMITH and decided to turn in and check them out. Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted by the lovely Mrs. Linda Russell who along with Mr. Danny Awad put together and Amazing piece that they made for me by converting a ring into a pendant piece a very beautiful Opal. There was nothing they couldn’t do and the way that Danny put together the pendant and the chain was amazing, authentic and to this day and everyday appreciated. Mrs. Russell had also showed me this beautiful fire 🔥 opal stone that Danny was able to make into a pendant. He also placed a diamond atop the opal setting in the piece that just made it more beautiful. Plus he showed me the perfect chain for the fire opal pendant that they just created for me. So in turn the saddens from the piece that I had previously lost was replaced with the excitement for these new authentic created piece that are amazing and I appreciate. Then I had went back to GOLDSMITH to repair a ring for my niece that a family member had given to her. Danny said it could be repaired but it may break again due to the metal it was. So he took the ring made an exact copy and melted down the old metal into this formed 14k ring for her. So she was able to get an upgraded stronger real beautiful version and still have the essence of the old ring into it… again thank you Danny for that and her be able to preserve that meant a lot. She loves it and doesn’t want jewelry now from Anywhere else lol. Yes it all true and they are a great at what they did and how they take care of you from start to finish the ambiance from the bright displays ,friendly security to the warm free fresh cookies….is all top-tier. It’s my diamond in the rough because I found it right after I lost something important… literally lost two pendants. If you’re looking for honest good people with quality work and craftsmanship then go pass by Goldsmith jewelry they will take care of you and won’t waste your time or make anything difficult so check them...

I brought my fossil watch in to have the battery replaced, the cashier (blond woman), was very pleasant and was much obliged to help. She took a couple of pictures of my watch and sent me on my way. I went back the next day to retrieve my watch, it was bagged, I paid and was out the door. When I made it home I opened the bag to set the calender and much to my surprise the watch band was broken in 2 different places. I called the store immediately and was told to return so they could fix it. I returned to the store was greeted by a woman, I explained to her the situation, and showed her the watch. She said she would have to get the store manager to assist me. I said ok, and I wait a couple of minutes. The store manager comes out and begins to look over my watch and band, I explain to him that the band wasn't in the same condition in which I dropped off the watch. He looked at it skeptically, and responded he didn't know what kind of condition the watch came in because "we don't take pictures of simple work such as batteries". I told him I witnessed to cashier take the pictures the day prior. He said ok, I'll pull up the pictures. Of course when he pulls up the pictures, he isn't able to enlarge them and begins saying, we don't touch the band in the process of changing the battery and then proceeds to remove the back of the watch. I asked if his "highly skilled" repairman was able to do the same? He then began to insult me "what do you want me to do, it's a $20 watch, this watch has been sitting foe over 2 years..." The manager or owner, whoever he is... is a capital D-BAG! He's an arrogant pompous prick and never understood it was never about $15 I spent on a battery but INTEGRITY. This guy is full of himself and the way he treats his customer complaints is...

I wanted to find a gold chain for my Husband for a valentines gift. I went to a few other stores prior to Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe and the selection always seemed limited on men’s jewelry. I walked into Goldsmith and spoke with Danny! He was extremely helpful and attentive from start to finish. He explained the different styles of necklaces and i had him try on many for me until i found one i loved! I went in saying i didn't want a certain type of chain, and ended up leaving with that type of chain! Not realizing the many different styles/sizes.

This will be our new local jewelers for all of our jewelry needs/wants. Their selection is so unique and they can also make pretty much anything you wish! Thank you to Danny and his sweet mother for helping me out and doing an amazing job at cleaning my jewlery 😄

Adding to my review: 4/5 Went to Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe to get a ring fixed and i wanted to see if they could create a ring setting for me from an old ring i had. I wanted them to put the stone in a new yellow gold band, as the original was silver and i cant wear silver. Danny went over options with me, helped me choose a beautiful feminine band i was happy with, as we all the setting! I picked up my ring today and i absolutely love it! Its a reminder of the ring my dad gave me over 10 years ago. I now am able to wear it everyday in memory of him. Thanks so much Danny! I cant wait to get more custom jewelry.
