The Malibu Country Mart offers a great mix of shopping, dining, and people-watching in a relaxed, coastal setting. There is a wide variety of shops—from unique mom-and-pop boutiques to larger chains like Sephora—making it easy to find something for everyone. The dining options are excellent as well. Scott's serves an outstanding breakfast burrito, Marmalade Cafe is a go-to for breakfast or brunch, and Broad Street Oyster Company is a must-try. You will also find familiar favorites like Chipotle and Starbucks. Parking can be a bit hectic, especially on weekends and during the summer months, so plan accordingly. There is a Tesla Supercharger as well as another EV charger located in the back corner of the lot, which is a nice convenience.

All in all, a good experience and a great spot to spend a few...

I didn't know what to do in Malibu so we stopped by and did some shopping. They had a lulumon store that was really fun. A lot of restaurants and a little play area for kids it was super crowded and people were eating lunch around it. They also had a couple of art galleries and they had a furniture store that had this amazing dining table that also you could put a pool table or ping pong table on top. Super high-end designed by some LA architect/furniture designer. Really chic stuff. We also went to this clothes store that we thought was like a Halloween store almost because the clothes are super faded and then we went in it was like they were super expensive too. 400 bucks for like a hippie shirt which is really odd. Parking was a little tight too. Overall really nice vibe and a good respite...

Have loved this place since 1986. I used to come here with my little brother to play, eat, and hang out while the parents shopped or met with friends and family.

Now, when we come up to visit, I get to bring my children to do the exact same thing.

It's one of the safest places you can take your kids. We leave our stuff unattended, relax, and watch the kids go wile.

The stores are extremely expensive (basically pay 3x for the same stuff you can get else where) with a couple unique stores that carry non-mainstream items.

There are a host of easy/casual restaurants with a couple higher-end sit-down establishments.

If you are looking for something to relax, let the kids go wild, and grab some good food, I definitely recommend bringing the...

WE LOVE THE MALIBU COUNTRY MART!!! Apologies for the all caps haha. This is always the highlight of our week when we can go here and walk around with our dogs, grab something to eat/drink, shop and chill in Malibu! Eating/drinking: lots of great choices, also pricing - Starbucks, Broad Street coffee, Alfred coffee, Sunlife Organic, Malibu Mutts Grill, Cafe Habana, etc Bathrooms available Plenty of parking (FYI: the weekends are CRAZY busy so get there early - otherwise you'll spend 30-60 min looking for a space) Shopping: Fred Segal, Vuori, Faherty, etc Also there's a big courtyard with tables & seating where you can rest, find a place to sit & eat, and a playground if you have kids with you!

Comfortable outdoor plaza with shade trees, umbrellas, seating, cool playground and interesting artwork, including the “Big Red” hammer. There’s a consciousness of naturalness to the mix, with some healthy menu items to choose from. Restaurants of the Mart range from simple snacks and meals to top notch cuisine and most provide al fresco dining options! Upscale shops are typically trendy and pricey. There’s plenty of parking with overflow parking along the east side of Cross Creek Road. Restrooms are located discreetly around to the west side, out of view of lounging patrons.
