Go elsewhere -- oh wait, you don't have many other options! The Geek Squad used to provide good service in 2020, but the clowns who work there are buying for #1 incompetent store. Ex: appointment on Sunday, told I needed a new battery. No advice on what battery given. Did research, order battery, go to store, installed (yay) BUT apparently work not checked by Geek Squad. Next morning, laptop won't start. Go back to store and told Come Back In 3 Days as No One Is Here Who Can Fix Or Look At Laptop!!! Not ok. Why have an appointment if no service available?! I pushed back and got a walk in for tomorrow.... Let's see. As I was angry, I was ready to spend $$ on. new laptop....only there was no sales person on the floor. Perhaps they were all busy policing the front door, asking "do you have an appointment?" Ridiculous. I will try tomorrow then order on Amazon. And you wonder why brick and mortar stores are...
