Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Manhattan

I've been a major fan of Baskin Robbins ice cream for decades. However, lately I've become extremely irritated with the service at BOTH locations (Junction City & Manhattan Kansas). I don't mind paying a higher price for their specialty ice creams because they are so delicious. What I'm angry about is the smaller amount that is put in the hand packed pink plastic quart size containers! The past 4 times I've ordered ice cream in those containers, they've ALL been filled 1 - 2 inches BELOW THE LID! So I'm paying the higher price for service and a little extra effort to hand pack the pink quart containers WITHOUT getting my monies worth. I'm very specific when I place the order, that it be packed to the rim and the attendants appear and/or sound to understand my request. Yet when opened at home, once again the amount in the container is less than it SHOULD BE! I'm getting tired of calling the store back to get it corrected. Why can't the employees do it right the FIRST TIME?! Where is their work ethic, conscience, pride in their abilities?? I truly hope a few managers read this AND do...

My hubby went into Baskin-Robbins to get us some shakes and I found this to be ridiculous. My hubby said the server kept measuring everything but apparently her measurements were completely off with my shake. I didnt go into the store and we noticed my shake after he got in the car. I called and spoke to the manager who was not apologetic and right away defended the server about the lid marking line Which I know about but my shake was way below the line. She gave me a number to text her manager because he does not read google reviews but customer do and they need to do better with the measurements especially when they're not cutting back on the price. There is a young Lady that works there her name is Jordan Lutz. She is a hard worker. We come from ResCare in Manhattan around 25 of us walked in for ice cream. It was a nice day to get out. We came for a treat for all the Patients. Ms Lutz did an awesome job made everyone’s order with a smile and with no problems. This was the second time she served us.
