Where to begin. Called ahead for 11. Get here and they placed a group of 10 in our place. (Manager thought it was us) not well organized. Then we ordered drinks. Got half the drinks. Then ordered 5 appetizers (received 3.5 chicken, pretzels, 3 out of 5/6 stufffed mushrooms the rest was cheese and did not get my dip. Then received the rest of the drinks. As the 4th appetizer came we got 5 salads when we needed one without tomato's. I asked her to just canceled the last appetizer since its been 14 minutes since qe got the other 2.5 appitizers.... she said ok and mumbled something. So I said " and the manager". 16 minutes go by and the manager comes. Still need refills and need my salad while the entire group is near done. One of.us needed ranch on our salad and the missing salad. We went over everything and has we were talking austin our wonderful waiter shows up with the refills we requested 25 minutes prior. The manager had no idea they arrived ( my hands crossed our line of vision to grab the drinks thays how out of it he was) he kept making a list of whay was needed and keept telling us he would meet with his staff. No employee should belittle us for asking for ranch thay was missing or a salad that was missing or refills or just some respect. Her condescending comments and her facial remarks were very unprofessional. He said he would talk to her. So we ended up agreeing to atleast get our groups entree at the same time. He said absolutely we will bring it out with different servers but within minutes. Then the food runner (what we will call her. The problem employee ) was rude again. She brought me my salad the missing one. ( rolling her eyes literally) and said your food is coming and will be slow (with a added eye roll.) Manager came back with the ranch. I again asked we not deal with the gal (the food runner) and explained whay just happened. He then said he'd I will talk with my team. Then we got the appetizers taken off (thats their answer.. how about we correct the action on the spot) our bills. Waited another 15 minutes to get the bills correct. And in the end we all tipped over 20% to Austin. He was very kind and was trying. I know this team needs better guidance and leadership. Value your customers. Do better. Will never return to this location. Salina however is our goal to spot we just had to change since texas roadhouse was to busy in Manhattan ks.

Went into this location for dinner after a long 14 hour day of work. Was greeted and seated immediately by a very friendly and warm person at the door. Our server, Cayden, was quick to take our drink and appetizer order. I had questions about the appetizer, Spinach Dip, and he was able to get a quick and satisfactory answer. The Spinach Dip came out quick and was steaming hot. Our order was taken and by the time we were finishing up the Spinach Dip, the main entree was being placed on the table. I got the Outlaw Ribeye medium cooked with sides of Grilled Corn and Crispy Brussel Sprouts. The seasoning, char, and cook on the ribeye was perfection! One of the best steaks I've had in awhile. The Grilled Corn with its seasoning and creme sauce was fantastic and something I'll be trying to recreate at home. The Crispy Brussel Sprouts were cooked well and the somewhat spicy honey glaze completed the dish. I wasn't planning on getting dessert at the end of the meal but eventually decided to get THE Cheesecake to-go and wasn't disappointed! Overall, I'm very glad I went to Longhorn for dinner. I researched other steakhouses and I believe I made the best decision!

I must say my last two visits to this location have been a little disappointing. The last time I got the parmesan encrusted chicken which is my favorite dish there. It came out cold, and I dont mean like warm i mean cold, i actually sent it back which i dont even remember the last time I've sent something back at any restaurant. This time I got the Ribeye. Very odd looking steak with no grill makes which makes me think they cooked it on the flat top. It was actually pretty tough, the flavor wasnt too bad, and it was cooked to the correct doneness. Overall I dont think it was worth $20. The service while friendly was not all that timely. The waitress spent a good deal of time flirting with two guys at the bar while I sat and waited for her to come pick up my ticket as I needed to go back to work. And only came to my table once during the whole meal after dropping off the food. I think it will be quite some time before i go back again based on these past two experiences.

As my daughter and I have been traveling from West to East we decided to visit different restaurants and grade them. Longhorn Steakhouse, when we walked in the hostess immediately stuck us way in the back where no one could see us this irritated us did my beautiful brunt orange tan lead you to assume my nationality? Much to our surprise we got the best waiter named Saprano he was friendly smiling and enjoyed his worked. Very attentive to his hand full of customers he didn't miss a beat and was very timely. Even though everyone's section else where was full he had 4 customers. We gave Saprano on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest in all areas of what a good waiter should be. I was offended by most of the female waitress not having there hair covered in a net, they were rude, I'm sorry as a former owner of a cafe WE kept our hair completely covered long hair sheds.

The food, we ordered, Fried onion, salad crusted parm chicken, Grill Chicken with artichokes, salad and strawberry lemonade and water. I was disappointed in portion size, the mash potatoes came straight from a box and super salty. did the cook not know you don't salt food it's the customers job. I suggested if the cook was going to use potatoe flakes leave out the salt and and add more milk using a garlic butter for flavor. The chicken was a little tuff and the grill chicken with marinated artichokes mushrooms was horrible! Take it off the menu! Our appetizers were awesome we gave them a 10. I feel you would get better business if you get better waitresses like Saprano. I felt he's given customers whom they don't think tip. So yes I sense some racism. Even in that while this man had his own people he was helping others. Great lay out but when you seat custimers by the kitchen to hear employee disagreements is wrong. Please hire some better cooks and waitress. The prices did not match the quality and portions of food served, it was a little pricey. Our service by Saprano was worth it he accommodated us fully. Will I return yes only for the...

WE went out to eat December 13, 2013 @ 1730 hrs. We were seated after about a 10 minute wait which was great. Our drinks came out very quick, but received no bread. We ordered the Parmesan Crusted Asparagus as a starter. When it came out there were 7 sticks of asparagus for $6.99, That's a dollar for each piece, but very tasty. Fifty minutes after ordering our food it was finally served. There were four of us at the table seeing this was my mother in laws birthday. She ordered the shrimp with rice and the steamed veggies. She said the shrimp and rice were great but the steamed veggies were cold. My father in law ordered the salmon with a loaded baked potato. HE said the salmon was good but the baked potato was cold. My wife ordered the Renegade Sirloin under the so called "Legendary Steaks" part of the menu with a baked potato. She ordered the steak to by done medium well. The steak came out somewhere between well done and beef jerky. the baked potato was also cold. I ordered the 16oz prime rib and french fries. This was by far the worst steak I have ever had. I am an amateur BBQ cooker that smokes and grills meats year round and know a little about cooking steaks. The prime rib was the right color but was extremely tough. There was entirely to much seasoning on the steak and was served a little warmer than room temperature. After we got our food we asked again about the bread and finally received some. The only reason this restaurant got 2 starts from me because the salad was very good, though it is hard to screw up some lettuce in a bowl with some dressing on top. For a bill of $145.00 dollars for four of us to eat the food was terrible. I have been to this location 4 times now and because of this visit my family and I will not be back to eat again. Should have gone to...
