Hefez & Sons is a fantastic jewelry store. The staff are attentive, kind and friendly. I have had several items repaired and have purchased a few things over the years. I have always received excellent quality and service. Lisa is always lovely to work with. Hefez and Sons recently made a ring for me from some of my older jewelry. Merv helped me with several great ideas, was very professional and showed much patience through the process. She was available via text and e-mail for questions. She went above and beyond. I went here to get the links on my watch adjusted to fit my wrist. The woman who I was serviced by was friendly. However, her work was quite poor. She worked on my watch unprofessionally, not taking necessary precautions to keep the watch scratch free. After 30 minutes and two broken tools, she failed to adjust the links on my watch correctly. I tried the watch on, and it slid about 4" on my arm when I would move. She insisted my wrists would swell during the summer, where if she made it tighter it would not fit. Went in to replace watch batteries in 4 watches that I had (stupidly) tried to replace myself. Replacing the batteries was easy. Getting the back of the watches back on, not so much! One in particular would snap on, but pop off a moment later. They were gracious about it and had the same issue, but persevered, and after 20 minutes of effort, voila, it was on. The fee was very reasonable, especially in light of my DIY start. BTW, they had a very tasteful collection of jewelry too. I’ll be back....
