Vanishing Point completely exceeded my expectations when I went in for my free consultation. So much so, that I ended up agreeing to having my first laser tattoo removal session that same day!!

I was greeted by Zoey when I first arrived; who was super sweet from the beginning till the end. She ended up being the technician that did my consultation and removal session so I was able to become very acquainted with her. Aside from being kind, she was very patient, helpful, and well-informed. I asked a variety of questions and discussed many different things with her regarding what I wanted to achieve through laser tattoo removal. From “would it be best to only laser the shading and bottom part of my tattoo, and leave the rest of it alone?” to “if i were to change my mind about lasering certain areas, would the price per session change?” She kept my best interest at heart while discussing my options, so we agreed on a great plan to tackle my tattoo. She also reassured me that I don’t have to go through with full removal and could always just do a partial removal to then rework the tattoo if I change my mind while seeing the tattoo progressively disappear! This was what sold me, I was NEVER pressured into anything. She gave recommendations and always said that at the end of the day, it was my decision.

I went on Friday, January 24 2025 for my first laser tattoo removal session and am due back on Friday, March 21 2025 for my second. I feel great so far, my skin has been healing nicely, and I definitely see a change in the ink’s appearance already. Initially I needed to change my appointment due to a scheduling conflict. Upon calling, I was greeted with one of the friendliest voices and the exchange was so positive that I knew I picked the right place. On the day of the appointment, I hit some traffic so I called to confirm that I was coming, but that I might be a few minutes late. Once again, the exchange was nothing but positive. After arriving, Zoey, who was the kind person who assisted me previously, greeted me and made me feel welcome immediately. She was so kind and accommodating that I felt entirely comfortable despite being nervous initially about the treatment. She even assured me that my tattoo was an excellent candidate for removal, which made me feel even more optimistic about the experience. While waiting to begin, she gathered all the necessary information and continued to make me feel entirely at ease. Mary, who was training, was quite helpful and cordial as well. Before I knew it, it was time to receive the treatment. We went back into the room and Zoey made sure that I was entirely comfortable. She kept me informed throughout the process, letting me to know everything she was going to do. Mary assisted as needed and before I knew it, we were sitting down for the first treatment. Zoey provided me with a stress ball and pillow in case I needed to hold on for the pain. Ultimately, I didn’t need either because her level of technical expertise resulted in minimal pain. It was over in no time and from there she provided me with all the necessary aftercare information. The next day, she even checked in to ensure that everything was healing as it should be and to provide me with the aftercare information. Between the affable temperament of Zoey, her level of professionalism and the comfortable ambiance of the business, I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my tattoo removed. ZOEY IS THE BEST! I went to several consultations on the same day so I could compare and I knew after going to Vanishing Point that would be the one I chose and I made the right choice! Zoey was so knowledgeable and sweet and professional. She brought to my attention my tattoo was slightly raised from scar tissue. I did not tell her the other places did not make me aware of that which was concerning until after my session. She told me it made sense because their laser might not have specialized in scar tissue but assured me the laser they have would take care of it. She did not want to bash the other companies and told me all of the great things they do offer! It made me feel comfortable that she really wanted me to do what was right for me and my body instead of just selling the business, which ultimately won her the business combined with all the other great things. My tattoo is located in an intimate spot and she was very attentive to my privacy and made me feel not embarrassed or ashamed actually leaving the office I was less ashamed. Zoey is the best and she is so relatable! A girl’s girl! She has no doubt my tattoo will be completely vanished! She sent me along with ice packs for the pain because I had a drive home.
