You're sorry I wasn't happy with the service?! What service?! You ripped me off for a couple hundred bucks, lied to me multiple times, failed at any point you could have redeemed yourself, and couldn't follow through on a single commitment you made. Reading other reviews it's clear that this is a pattern. You want suggestions for how to improve? Close.
Just refreshing this review to warn everyone that these guys are still scammers, still ripped me off, and to ignore any positive reviews. They are thieves, go elsewhere. I'm not the only one they've done something like this to, the negative reviews speak for themselves. The moment you have any issues don't believe any of the excuses they give you, just have your bank or credit card reverse the charges, it's not going to be worth the hassle.

I'm at a complete loss at this point, these guys are just straight up liars and scammers, stay far away from this company.
I purchased a refurbished ECU they'd sold through eBay, the first one they sent didn't work. The second did, but failed within the 1 year warranty. I contacted them, and was told to send in for repair. I did this, and a week after tracking showed it had arrived, contacted them to ensure they had received it and got no response. I tried contacting them multiple times over the course of a month through eBay and using the email given on their website.
After over a month of trying to contact them with no responses, and my primary vehicle not running, I dropped $200 for an ECU from a different company (which worked the first time by the way, and I never had any issues with it).
I left a negative review here which received a response a few weeks later, and I contacted them as instructed with my order information. I received a phone call, explained the situation, and was apologized to and promised a refund. After two weeks I still had no refund, I contacted them again. I was told it had been processed, and I should see it by the weekend. Over a week later, I still had not received a refund, so I contacted them yet again. I politely explained the situation, and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before I was hung up on. I called back, and was hung up on again. 30 minutes later I received a phone call from Chris, I explained the situation, he told me that he could only give me half of what I'd originally paid (again, after I had already been promised a full refund, and told that it had been processed), then was offered store credit, which I refused because I'd already bought a replacement elsewhere after not having a car for a month and receiving no response on the status of my ECU I'd sent in for repair under warranty. I was then placed on hold again, and told that I would be given a full refund if I assured them I would revise this negative review after receiving it, and to expect to see it show up on my PayPal account within a few minutes.
So, thinking THREE MONTHS after all of this started maybe things will finally be resolved. Guess what... 2 days later, still no refund, they lied to me again.
And two weeks now since posting this updated review, still no refund, and no response to this review from the owner trying to resolve this or defending their actions, so that should tell you everything you need to know...

After bringing my PCM into their location in Margate, FL, my son and I were going through a difficult time, as my husband died suddenly, so I needed to get a vehicle running for my son, who needed a vehicle right away because my son had just lost his job, and we needed to get this ECM fixed so he could get back to work. I brought it into their shop on a Tuesday, and Andrew said after looking at the module the damage was not that bad and it would be ready by Friday. After calling him on Friday, and then week after week, Andrew started dodging my phone calls! Finally after three weeks, I got a hold of him on the main store number, and he said that the unit was too badly damaged, and I reminded him that he said it was NOT in bad shape! He said he would call me back in an hour, but he did not call. I became concerned that he might switch out my PCM for one of the hundreds of other units stacked up in his shop that could have been in worse shape! After no return phone call, I went over to the shop, and he wasn’t there, my unit was on his workstation taken apart, so I was given the unit back. Our mechanic said that the unit started, but was running rough, (like it did before,) so no work was done during the time he had it. I was just so relieved that he didn’t switch out my unit!!! So sad that this company is shady and unreliable! I had a friend refer me to their shop; however, I see other posts that indicate the same type of shady dealings! Read moreAndrew is a "life savior" when it comes to ECM's for a 2005 GT/PT Cruiser Convertible. He is wonderful. In todays world it can be hard to trust someone you have never met. Believe me, Andrew is 100% trustworthy!!! I looked/researched for almost two years and was told I would never find an ECM, because they do not make them any more. A dealship told me after charging me $2100 diagnostics fee that my car was worthless! My PT only has a little more than 100,000 miles on it and I have kept it in immaculate condition. I finally found Andrew through multiple researches and three returned ECM's that I was promised would work and no money refunded. They all failed! Andrew to the rescue; he gave me a phenomenal deal as he understood how much time and money I had spent trying to keep my car on the road. He understood how much i loved my car. He even personally spoke to me while at his child's birthday party last Spring. He assured me the program he created and wrote would work immediately, all I had to do was remove old one and plug the new reprogrammed one in. IT WORKED! He was absolutely invested in helping me fix my car. Bottom line is my car is running beautifully, passed emissions all because Andrew truly cares about his customers. He is a true hero.
