Ehhh I’ve tried this place many times the food is okay nothing to go crazy about just basic Haitian food which is fine but one thing they have to get together is the ordering system the last 3 times I’ve went they have messed up my food and gave it to someone else , last time they told me as I called to order at 7:12 pm a fish they told me it would be about 30 to 45 minutes oh I forgot to mention while I called in I was hung up on twice before finally getting to place my order I showed up at 8pm no food waited another 50 minutes for my food after telling the lady I think that’s my food and you spelled my name wrong she tells me no until she finally opens the food and sees I was right so now my food is extremely cold and it’s almost 2 hours later for a simple order . Tonight more recently I called ahead as I always do and ordered my food was but I had just ordered an extra side of macaroni salad instead of just giving me my food so their is no confusion my food ends up given to another person so they remake my food and is now 30 minutes later something told me to check my food before I left and I did it was the wrong rice so I asked for the correct rice and as I’m leaving apparently they had given out a lot of wrong orders tonight because I seen multiple people coming back in with their food again the food is okay and the ladies their are very sweet just are very unorganized with the ordering process and food pick up .. I love Haitian food but I will definitely be taking a break from this place maybe in the next year it...

Went here for a pickup. I wasn’t greeted when entering and walked into to the staff having casual conversations with what seemed to be people they know and/or regulars. After standing there while the staff acted like I wasn’t present, I interjected, “hello can someone help me?” The rep with a blonde wig responded as if I was doing something wrong… I showed her the order I was there to pick up. She went into the back but came out with nothing and communicated nothing back to me, then the staff and others continued in their conversations. I waited, assuming they were still preparing the order. Nope. To my surprise, after waiting about another 7 mins and seeing another guy come in for a pickup and was given his order before me, one of the reps questioned the other about me standing there. The rep with the blonde wig responded, “I don’t know, he just came in and been standing there.” I told the rep that questioned my order details. The order was right in front of them. The customer service here is disgusting. The lady with blonde wig spitefully had me waiting for an order that was right in front of her. I saw her when she taped the receipt that had the name that confirmed the order I previously showed her. If you are passing through or don’t know the staff personally, I highly recommend finding another restaurant. The average customer is likely to find customer service...

To start off, I hardly ever write reviews unless something was really bad or really Great! Me and my sisters flew down to Florida and this place was one of the spots we decided to give our business to. I am not sure if the day we went was just a bad day, but LORD! I visited many places based off Instagram and this place was by far my BIGGEST disappointment. We drove 35 min to get there( from our stay) 2.We waited over 1 hour to get our entire order y’all (we were told 35 minutes) . 3.The food was not worth the amount we spent. 4.No sympathy was shown for the time spent waiting.

But anywho no amount of customer service can cover the disappointment in the food, NOTHING had seasoning, the shrimp was OVERCOOKED, legume had big ole carrots(nothing fully mashed), marinad was burnt and not up to par at all, the banan was super soft no crunch, the griot which we ordered 2 platters HUGE disappointment! We had another two orders of mushroom rice the amount of salt could’ve caused an heart attack seriously, way too much salt. Along with that the Akra was a No-no.

I highly recommend that the owner only makes Pate kode because my sisters only ate that, we winded up throwing everything else away. I hope they take this into consideration because the other foods need MAJOR improvement.
