This review is long overdo!
I took my Custom $5000 PC to Geek Squad at Best Buy on Univeristy Dr. Not only did they not complete their repair after the 10 days I gave them but they put a huge scratch on my case. They had to order me a brand new one.
The next day I shopped around online and I found this place and noticed it was right near I worked. I called and told them the situation and asked if they can do a same day diagnostic and repair. He did mention it may be an additional day depending on the diagnosis which I was completely fine with but they got it done that day thankfully. Not only did they repair my PC but they did my cable management for me when the new PC case arrived and it was/is beautiful.
I honestly wish and hope this place gets more customers and continues to be amazing. I will forever go here.
I even bought a 4070 RTX graphics card from here instead of online just because I am forever thankful...

I have been a programmer since 1963 and still write code for a hobby. When I say that Renan Repetto knows what he is doing I know of what I speak. Yesterday, my Microsoft Office crashed. Since it was a national holiday, I reached Renan at home. He said he would take care of it this morning when he got back to the office. True to his word, he got me back up and running. Beyond that he discovered the likely cause of the crash. It was probably the Outlook app. Not only has he repaired hardware and software, but I have bought computers that Logica has put together from parts. This is the firm you want for computer support. Read moreI went in for a simple service. My computer is worse off than when it was brought in. My CPU cooler is now out of order. So 130 for the “service” and now I’m out a CPU cooler. That’s another 150-200; maybe more. It has a guarantee to work and instead I am being told I’d be charged more for further services. To make it worse, they’re putting the blame on me. Making condescending suggestions (“it’s not rocket science”) is not what I paid for.
It’s a shame because I’m all about supporting local business over big box companies. I even used to refer this place to other people in need of repairs. Instead I am now paying less for more at Best Buy (Total Tech Support is all inclusive and not a la carte like this place). Any one considering services here should just go...
