Maricopa Jewelry and Pawn — Attraction in Maricopa

I went to pawn something today and only needed the loan for 1 week asked if it was required, I pay the full month or just the time i had the loan. I was advised "it is the law we charge you a full month no matter what" I then askes "are you sure? Is it a company policy or the law and the old woman replied "its the law and if you dont like it leave" I then tried to assure her i was just clarifying her response because pawn shop in Casa Grande does not make you pay for time you dont have the $$$. She then said if you are going to talk down to us just leave. I went to Casa Grande and sure enough her information was false they laughed and stated " how could someone who works in this industry say that? So I wish i could leave -10 review. Most 5-star reviews here are for having watch's repaired or buying something but when getting a loan go anywhere else if you can. They also post lowest interest rates available and that's false too. You get 10% rate for first month then 20% then 36% or something anyway you only get 10% if you have $500 loan anything else is 24$ first month so if you are in jam you get charged more than double if you dont have something of value worth at least $500. Rude -uninformed - just downright miserable place to PAWN something. Their gun selection for sale is horrible at best. I don't find this place to be the best or the worst. I dont like that they offer you garbage amounts for items you bring in saying "we will only sell it for $xxx so thats why the offer is so low." Meanwhile they have a CanIk TP9 Elite SC listed for $549 USED. Mind you it has an amazon red dot mounted but, pricing from Scheels AND amazon, i can buy the entire set up for $10 less than the listed price. And all the items would be brand new. They told my wife a gun she brought in to sell was going on EBAY for $150. I didnt even have to go that far to find on average the gun sells used for a MINIMUM of $50 more than the lady working the counter. Im not sure where she pulled her numbers from. She also told my wife that Scheels had that exact item for $289 yet when i pulled up the Scheels website and have my location set to AZ, its listed for $329. You cant even sell firearms on EBAY. Liars. But all pawnshops are.

The store is extremely clean compared to… well every store I’ve been! I was greeted by the staff and got to meet everyone! There’s a huge gun collection there with quality firearms!

I purchased my PS5 from here from Andrew and he was extremely knowledgeable in consoles and even said we could game together! He was really helpful through the whole process.

My second purchase was an Apple Watch and this was a few months later. I went in to an extremely clean store once again and was welcomed right when I got it. I was helped by Andrew again and he gave me the in’s and out’s of the Apple Watch and what it includes.
