RENT-2-OWN Marietta — Attraction in Marietta

I was browsing online due to an email that I received about a special Rent-2-Own was having ( which was weird because I never signed up for emails! ) But it's like they just knew my fridge was about to blow! I found a beautiful electric range/refrigerator combo which was EXACXTLY what I needed! I decided I wanted more info on it. I received a call from Ali (don't know if the spelling is right) the following day and we talked for almost an hour and she helped me set up my account, auto pay, delivery, etc. She was wonderfully sweet, however did tell me I would be receiving a glass top electric range and when it came it was not (but that's okay!). I asked her to place a note on my account to have the delivery drivers call me when they were headed to my house because I had to work on the day of delivery. They called me during the estimated time frame that we had previously agreed on, and I told them to meet me at my home. I explained a detail about my home location that most people get confused about (there's an alley behind that makes access easier) and when I arrived home, they were there waiting! That was very impressive to me! Their names were Jason and Nick from the Marietta location. They were amazingly kind, worked very well together, their communication with each other while lifting the heavy objects with lift straps was phenomenal, and they set the items up in my home very quickly and efficiently! Upon completion of set up, my orange kitty came out to say hello and he totally approved too! :P If you order from Rent-2-Own, I hope you are able to get Jason and Nick to deliver your items for you, because they did an outstanding job! I would give 10 stars if I could! There was an issue with how the stove fit in my trailer, due to poor design on the trailer's behalf, and they went above and beyond to help me make it work! Wow! Can't be any more impressed...

A few months back, I got a lift chair from the Marietta Ohio Rent 2 Own it was used and expected that there might be issues and eventually there were I was concerned on how they would handle the situation. They at the time did not have any lift chairs that would fit me, I’m very tall they immediately sent out 2 gentleman to try and fix my lift chair and they actually did a great job of repairing it. but a few weeks later, it had finally reached a point where it needed to be replaced . I was concerned on how this would happen. I went into the store and everyone there was so helpful and happy to help me they took my problem Seriously. And at the time did not have a lift chair that would fit me so they gave me a beautiful recliner to use until they could get one into the store. They also let me pick the recliner that I wanted to make sure that I would be happy with it about a week later the recliner showed up and I went into the store. To make sure it was going to work at my house. It was better than I had hoped it was exactly what I wanted and they gave me a delivery date of about. Three days because they are so booked up. upon hearing the conversation the two delivery drivers dane Mills, and Jason Jordan who had already been to my house to repair the chair, and then to exchange the chair for the recliner said they would be happy to deliver it that day. They showed up within minutes of me getting home set everything up the way I wanted it And made sure I was happy with everything. My whole experience from day one with the Marietta Ohio. This isnt actually anthony this is pamela his wife my experiance is horrible im being harrassed over a phone i didnt know my husband had got or was renting talked to like a dog called a lier and being accused of "co borrowing" with no aknowlagment till after i got MY phone MY stylo 2 to be exact not the phone the rude representative called about back from my husband they need to learn how to talk to people and quit being rude to people who answers my phone i will be making them prove where i alledgedly "co borrowed" this phone further more she will be apologizing to myself and friend for her rudeness and poor behavior and will be hearing from my attorney if the harrassment continues i refuse to be wrongly accused and to be disrespected if someone signed my name there best be investigations on who forged my name and why they didnt make a copy of id very very rude and in no way shape or form am i doubting my husband rented it but i how ever knew nothing as we are currently seperated and the only time i see him is when he visits his children as we attend counciling they do have nice murchandise from what ive seen on the website and only have spoke with this rep and never have seen the place or been near it let alone in it.
