Recently booked Reyes for my wedding. Although this venue is budget friendly and all inclusive, I'm very disappointed in the services that were rendered. From the outside looking in, everything looked great. The servers were great and attentive but they definitely should've pitched in to help plate and serve food. My aunt should not have been serving guests at all. The bartenders were awesome and quick to think on their feet with creating the drinks. So kudos to them! My guests were happy, but my husband and I as clients were not.
We booked the venue's DJ. We followed his instructions and sent all playlists and wedding timeline to his email. We connected him with our Host. We sent specific details on which songs were to be played. I've never been so frustrated with a DJ in my life. Some where along the line during the reception, he told me he didn't have most of the songs I sent. That was a major headache. Thank God we booked our own Host to keep the flow going. We didn't miss a beat because of him.
Went through specific decor details with staff for months. Was told that my coordinator could stop by early that morning of wedding to approve decor. Wedding begins at 3PM. Around 10:30AM, my husband showed up instead to drop off drinks and noticed the venue was empty with none of my decor in sight. My coordinator showed up to the venue around 12:30 and said they were still mopping and cleaning . No decoration in sight. It's now 2:15PM and wedding guests are arriving and staff is still SLOWLY hanging decor (I have that on film). Even after they finished throwing together what decor they did put up , a lot of my decor was not staged at all. Everything looked last minute and we're very displeased.
About 85% of my stress stemmed from ensuring Reyes understood my vision for our wedding. They reassured me everything was understood. I honestly feel cheated out of my money. Our original venue had a internal conflict so we settled for Reyes because of time and location. If I could do it all over again, we would've searched further and booked else where.

Read moreWe came across this little jewel of a venue when a family friend sent me a link. Reyes Event Hall met all our requirements. It was a local, reasonably priced, all-inclusive venue, that eliminated the need for a day of Planning for my Graduation party And most importantly, it kept us in range of a $10,000 budget.
When I walked in the venue, the first thing I noticed was it's charm. It was bright and beautiful with a variety of table decor present. At the time I met Christina and instantly liked her. Within a short time we got an estimate, paid the deposit and they preceded to set us up with a variety of vendors to sample such as photographer, videographer, and DJ, but we were very happy with the variety of vendor selections.
The day of, was flawless. We never had so much fun.Picking Reyes Event Hall was the best decision ever. Best graduation party ever, best vendor ever. If there were problems, we didn't see them, as it should be. I will definitely be booking with them again for future events. Truly a blessing...
