Gong Cha — Attraction in Marlborough

Unimpressed with how we were treated. My 6 year old and I went in, first time ever getting "Boba tea" in the area, as our only experience has been through the Worcester City Market which is WAY better. I asked for recommendations and was snarled at. There was an alleged promotion going on, but everything was uncharged and they were out of all the items we were requesting and did not care to substitute. The strawberry Milk tea was DISGUSTING, so of course we asked if my son could get something different in return for what we paid for. The manager/owner that was there, female, was very condescending and almost looked like it was a big deal that we requested something else.

Do not recommend. Customer service is everything and I'm entirely disappointed as how I was treated as an adult as well as my 6 year old son. The manager was also very inappropriate with her workers. I'm sure the others leaving reviews on this page are people that work for...

Do not waste money buying XL. Went there couple days ago for 3 XL and very very disappointed. I ask the guy if he please can do light ice for me and his response was" i cant do that because thats how they make theyre money". Thats an awful answer to say to a customer spending over $20 on 3 XL cups of ice. On top of that at the end while making the drinks there was like 1 inch in a half left to make the cup full and instead of filling up that inch with tea he added even more ice on top of all the ice he poured at the beginning. Drinks are way too sugary. My wife asked for a 50% sugar yesterday and the lady prepping the tea added way too much sugar. Probably like 100%. Besides, this was the second time we noticed her on her phone during the service. I mean, we’re paying you, the least you can do is listen to what we need? The guy at front seems to be better.
