Masonic Square Mall — Attraction in Marquette

Unprofessional and Dishonest—Avoid This Venue! I cannot express enough disappointment with the Marquette Masonic Square Mall as an event venue. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but this venue made it exponentially worse with their lack of transparency and unprofessional behavior. Initially, we were assured that the kitchen area would be available for use, only to later discover that this was completely false. After months of planning based on their promises, they abruptly informed us of restrictions we were never told about, leaving us scrambling for alternatives. To make matters worse, rather than working with us to resolve the issue, they outright canceled our contract—putting us in an impossible position and causing undue stress three months before our wedding. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer service is appalling. If you’re considering this venue, think twice. Their dishonesty and last-minute changes could ruin your event. This mall always seems desolate to me. Maybe it is the days I pick. Maybe it is my own personal temperament. But I find the layout confusing and the shops hard to access. I only choose to go here when I am extremely curious and zealous or there is a specific shop that I am looking for. Nevertheless, the building always has a level of intrigue to me. Stopped in here and visited Revolutions Bike Shop. Super neat little bike shop with clothes and other gear. Nicest dude working the counter gave us 'trolls' some good tips on traveling about the city of Marquette. I heard they are no longer renting a space in this mall, but do yourself a favor and track that place down, wherever it is....
