My fiancé and I have been here many times and every single time we leave feeling so unwelcome and out of place. Calling seems to be the best way to contact this store, they don’t seem to answer inquiry emails. But after speaking to Chris on the phone about a custom diamond ring we decided to stop by to ask some questions or try on some rings they had in stock. But we were ignored for over 20 minutes before we decided to leave. (we were the only people in the store) The women working sat and read her book while we kinda stood there waiting for her to look up and see that we were waiting to be helped. Other customers walked in were greeted and she went right back to reading. We spoke up and asked if there was anyone here to help us like chris and she said No and went right back to her book. We decided leave and head to another jeweler. This isn’t the first time this has happened. We have come in many times before and every time we leave because the sales team treat us like we don’t belong in a jewelry store or don’t have enough money to be served by them. When I came to him with an idea of a wedding band I once saw online, I was beyond impressed with how Chris was able to create it. The customer service didn't just end after I got my rings, either! I stopped by W&W during my latest Marquette trip, just to say hi, and without me asking both of my rings were cleaned and double checked to make sure they were in great condition still (with Chris ready to fix anything had there been anything wrong).
One of the "hardest" parts about using W&W for my engagement and wedding ring is that my husband and I live 7+ hours away, but with the constant communication of Chris it really didn't even seem like it.

I was gifted my grandmother's wedding set, which is about 86 years old and it needed repairs and to be sized. After going to another jeweler and giving me a timeline of 6 weeks I was pleasantly surprised he told me about one week! It was done just shy of a week!
