A convenient and helpful experience after dragging heavy luggage carrying bulky backpacks on my travels. I stumbled upon this great little spa that was able to remove the knots from my shoulders and arms. I read the reviews and would like to help address the one-star ratings because it’s very damaging to a legitimate small business trying to serve their community. Vivian was the friendly female therapist that greeted and served me. She is very skilled but there is a bit of a language barrier, so you’ll need to not just describe and point to your pain points but demonstrate it to make sure your preferences are well understood. For example, showing my terrible hunching posture when I use my mobile device let her realize that I needed fascia work in my arms and fingers. Vivian quickly extrapolated to also identify pressure points knots on my hand and rotator cuff. This is not a boutique hotel spa, but a more casual stop. I normally satisfied with the massage from Neil but they were busy so it was 2 people who actually did the massage on me. I did the table massage coz I thought they will massage from head to toe for 30 mins. First, the young guy started my massage and I kind like the way he massage me. Suddenly I felt like the way he or she massage me was change. I came to find out that from the young man he switch it to the other lady, a skinny lady but I dont know her name. What happened? Is he tired that he cant do the job? Then dont start massaging people if u cant finish it. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the outcome. I know it didn't took 30 mins coz they only did my upper back shoulder and head that's it. My lower back and my legs never get touch or massage at all which is the sore part of my body.
