Harte International Galleries — Attraction in Maui

Very nice gallery and would recommend stopping in. There was another comment on this page referring to an employee yelling at patrons. Not sure if this was the same employee, but today we were enjoying the art and an employee with a black shirt and bald ran out of the store and started screaming at some people across the street that “there is an ash tray around the corner.” The people across the street said “thanks” and started walking toward the ash tray. The employee continued to yell and said to the people “I bet your daughter is happy with that” as they had a baby with them. I bought a painting from Dan and he told me about how I would be invited to an event in Las Vegas and sir Anthony Hopkins would be there to meet and greet everyone who buys his paintings. I bought a 2,000 dollar painting “ballet on the moon” by sir Anthony Hopkins. I never received any invitation via text, phone call, email, and furthermore good luck getting into contact with these people after you have bought a piece of art from them. I have called the store multiple times and never got a call back. Texted and called “Dan” who would not text or call me back. Is Harte International Galleries even a legit business or tourist scam? Thanks a lot for taking $2,000 on the day...

Have enjoyed getting to know ownership and support staff thru the years after buying Anthony Hopkins beautiful art works in our Honeymoon in Maui in 2014 ...recently there was a wonderful meet and greet with Sir Anthony Hopkins in Las Vegas —with a large selection of his unique and beautiful art works. Was a first class event by Glen Harte — fair pricing with a each piece of art and excellent support and service.
