Cute stand and jewelry. But didn’t have a great experience at all. First the owner said she’d be able to shorten the bracelet within 2 minutes. After we paid, she then said we could pick it up in half an hour and she would call me when it’s done. Bummer, but we just decided to go for lunch, came back after an hour although she hadn’t called yet. She took off from the stand when we came, saying she just briefly had to go to the restroom. We waited 15 minutes right there before she finally came back, left her stand unattended the whole time. She then told us she hadn’t even adjusted the bracelet yet. When we said we maybe just wanted our money back, she said it would only take 2 mins. We waited while she was doing it for another 5 mins while she was also serving other customers.
