When we got here there were two sea turtles on the shore and by the time we left there were literally twenty turtles on shore. We got to see them come up to shore from the beach. There wasn't much to see snorkeling, only rocks, some small fish, and occasionally some little shells. However, when snorkeling you could see the turtles swimming up to the sand. Snorkeling also wasn't very good because the water wasn't very clear. Be aware that you have to STAY 10 FEET AWAY FROM TURTLES! This also includes if you are in the water. If there is a turtle in the water close by you or your kids, friends, etc, get out of the way. Most of the beach was sandy, but there were some areas that were rocky. I would say that if you want to see sea turtles, this is the place to come. There is another beach just up from this beach that also has sea turtles, but the waves are bigger, so it's not for snorkeling and little kids. There is a rinsing station at the other beach, but I don't think there were bathrooms, but there might've been...

The waves were a bit rough but swimmable as it’s quite shallow with a bit of a rocky bottom about 5-10 feet after getting into the water. Great place to get up and close to the sea turtles which are a must see! Only a 1-2 minute...

We watched them and photographed them and then we were on our way again. This beach is small and lovely, but there wasn’t much need to linger beyond seeing the magnificent...
