Kohl's — Attraction in Medina Township

I rarely shop kohls. I don’t like how they have “sales” constantly that are honestly the regular price - and the non sale “retail” of what it was is just a marked up price to look like a sale. Anywho wish kohls cash wasn’t a thing. Even heard some older woman complain about it.

But enough about my overall complaint with the store, let’s get back to this specific store. Did I have a lot of clothes? Sure did! That’s kinda the point of your store huh? So when I hear my cashier… i think it started with a t..mumble under her breath as she puts them in a pile “ugh too many fn clothes”.. I didn’t say a word but I heard you. This is your job. You’re in customer service! I’m sorry if you had a hard day, but I was nothing but courteous to you. You looked at my one item after scanning, which was a gift and seem perplexed and said “alright then..”. You didn’t fold any clothes or try to make them nice. They were clothes for family pictures and you shoved them in a ball or folded over in the bag. Then your manager comes by, and you ask about your break and how badly you need it. I’m sorry it’s busy and you don’t seem to like what ya do..but good luck this...

What a terrible experience I just had in your store. My son and I came in to buy one specific toy. The checkout line must have had 50+ people waiting to pay. How is that possible at 5pm on a Saturday and who is managing this (or not)? Very, very poor management. Usually, when the line gets long, stores add cashiers and sometimes a manager even falls in to help. Not here. I saw there was nobody in Sephora, so we tried to pay there. The young lady with red hair said she could ring us up if we bought something from Sephora. Here’s what I heard. She COULD ring us up, but she wasn’t going to unless we bought something from her section. Somebody needs to advise her to use different verbiage because that just irritating me further. Frustrated and not wanting to wait a half hour to check out one toy, I threw the toy down and walked out with a crying kid in tow. I’ll buy it on Amazon. I used to shop this Kohl’s all the time. No more. Good luck, brick and mortar Kohl’s. With service like that, you’ll probably be another empty store soon. I called to talk to a manager, nobody ever...

The store has a nice selection of men’s clothing and the associate (Ms. Ligia) helping me through my transaction was wonderfully helpful and very kind and patient with me!! Thank you!!

I have revisited the same Kohl’s Store in Medina, Ohio a few days after my post above as the Kohl’s rewards and discounts have been so good and I needed to purchase additional men’s suits and shirts, and again I was so happy and was treated so so kindly by my sales person Chuck and store manager Kaitlyn. Both of these amazingly friendly and professional employees were so patient and helpful with straightening out and fixing a very confusing issue I was having with my newly applied for Kohl’s Rewards Visa.
