My friend and i went to the Longhorn steak house for an early dinner and i have to tell you its probably would be my last visit i am sorry. We agreed to meet at 4pm to beat the dinner rush on a Thursday evening. We were never greeted, no hosts at their station, to escort us to our table One of watress/ servers from the bar area got us menus and seated us But here is the sad thing the menus that were given to us were lunch menus. We had another waiter/server came and took our drink order she came back with in 5 minutes or so later with the drinks and we never saw her after that.
After we decided to know what we wanted we had to sit around and wait for our server to come back to help us i mention to one of my friends i wonder where are waiter is at because i am sure were ready to order well turns out our waiter was no where in site and idk if the hosts/ manager but she ended up going and tracking down our waiter. The last time i was in their we were very well treated like a VIP/ Employee because of my other friend the staff knows him and his brother works their.
I am not Pleased after last night service and how well we felt welcome Plus i felt like we were over charged for drinks even the one waiter/ server kept asking what are you drinking, etc. I woke up this morning 7/13/2012 To stomach Pains not feeling very good at all period i did not eat anything after i got home from Longhorn steakhouse and i am worried that something in my food from longhorn made me not feel well. if your looking for a very nice Place to dine and relax this is not the place to come to the staff might be friendly but the speed of service needs to improve.

Read moreI order from this location for curbside pick up regularly and a question that comes up every time we order our outlaw steaks is what extra sides or additives are we going to get this time, well today he said he wanted shrimp which hasn’t happen in a long time since the last time we only got 6 for $6.99 and all the times before that we had gotten 8. As ordering today when he said he wanted shrimp added to his steak I reminded him again of the number and size of the shrimp being less than standard the last time and he said I know but I want them anyways! Sadly to my former warning I arrived home with our curbside order to open the bag and find 4 tiny shrimp in a large container with a large cup of melted butter that we paid $6.99 extra on top of the $30.79 for his outlaw steak not including my outlaw steak with extra sides and additives! In total disbelief I called the restaurant to ask how many you were supposed to receive in the additive order of shrimp with steak to be placed on hold 3 times before getting a confused jumbled answer of 8 then 6 and when I said I had just picked up my order and got home with only four shrimp for $6.99 the boy said hold on give me a second let me make sure while my manager is right here and he came back to the phone with the response of you get 8 with an entree and 4 with a side! Read moreI ordered a steak and it was way undercooked for my liking, the server was awesome when I brought it to her attention, she took it back to the kitchen right away to get the issue resolved. Had that been the end of the problem, I would have been happy. Ya know like, there was a problem...you got it fixed right away, so we're all good. But no, my food came back, I thanked the server and I apologized for seeming like a super picky person (which I am far from being) she said it was fine and also apologized to me for the inconvenience. She walked away, I bit into my food and...BAM, somehow it was still way undercooked. I was going to leave the issue alone, like I said...not a super picky person. It was whatever at that point. But then a few minutes later the manager came over. She came by to see how the food was and to also apologize about the issue. I hesitated to respond, not wanting to offend her or her staff. Eventually I told her "I really appreciate the server trying to fix the problem, but my food just got here...for the second time and it is cold. (the server was amazing by the way, also super cute...should have asked for her name now that I think about it) Anyway, most managers would at least apologize and offer to replace the food. Not her...oh no, not her. She looked at me and asked if I would like a box...ya know, go home and try to cook it myself.
