I'm a very indecisive individual...so going in to purchase my first mattress with my boyfriend was definitely an event for us, to say the least. WELL over an hour later, we were finally able to come to a decision. The woman there, Kristen, was absolutely perfect and a pleasure to work with! She was extremely patient with our "back-and-forth" and supportive through the entire process. She made us feel very welcome and even lightened the mood between us and other couples coming in to shop. She never made us feel guilty for being there for so long and "bed-hopping" - and more than that, she knew when to give us our space and the exact moment when we needed her for questions. She's excellent in customer care and I will be recommending the Medina Mattress Firm to everyone I know thanks to her. She helped make us comfortable with our decision and I have to add that the remaining process of ordering and shipping our mattress to us was a complete BREEZE! My wife and I brought the kids in to pick out the first big boy bed for the middle child. We had been trying to get him in his big kid bed with the old foam mattress for months. The kids had so much fun trying all the beds samples. Jimi was fantastic. Courteous, helpful, honest and upfront with us. He even helped us save a little extra on top of everything. The day before delivery, they didn't have the basic low profile box spring in stock for the size we ordered, so he got us upgraded to a better more expensive one that was the same profile with no additional costs. The drivers were on time and unloaded quickly and took it up stairs. I got text and email alerts with no effort for me. I am so thankful that someone came to my relief because I'm almost bit bedridden and my doctor has advised me that I need to sit on the edge of the bed the gain my bearings on a daily basis and the mattress did I received did not do that but Brian did help me today gave me that opportunity to redeem myself so that I can get not only a good night's sleep but able to conduct my daily business as best as I can once again he also recommended a a bed frame that will be powerful to raise me up and like a hospital bed and I might go with that as long as I get the money to accumulate to be able to do that but I got to tell you he was so great to me that I'm forever grateful to him thank you once again for your help and the people that you hire at mattress firm...
