Fiesta Jalapenos — Restaurant in Medina Township

Food has always been top notch here and the dine in experience has never been anything but exceptional. However, as much as I would love to rate this establishment 5 stars, I simply cannot justifiably do so after my most recent order. DO NOT order from this restaurant using GrubHub, as the listed menu is clearly incorrect. After ordering two carnitas super burros, which have been fantastic every time my wife and I have ordered them, we came to discover that the GrubHub menu listing for this particular item presents the customer with a fulfilled and delivered order of carnitas only, NOT the super burros. Realizing that a mistake must have been made, I checked GrubHub a second time to discover that I, as the customer, had in fact, ordered correctly, but the items ordered appeared differently in the restaurant's system. While Fiesta Jalapenos did provide us with the intended order, free of additional charge, for pick up, my wife was met with anger, sarcasm, and disrespect at the restaurant. I would have even happily paid for the correct order in addition to the erroneous one from GrubHub's listing, but I simply cannot overlook the blatant disrespect shown to my wife at the counter. The manager ought to be ashamed of such a lack of professionalism during what would otherwise have been a simple misunderstanding. Regardless of how good the food tastes, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth for the restaurant as a whole. My advice to customers: do yourself a favor and be wary of GrubHub. I have been coming here for years. Its has always been good and happy place to be. Until today. It felt sad once I sat down. The table felt sticky. The waiter wasnt paying attention. When it came time to order my meal I aked questions. The menu clearly stated what was included. Should be simple. That's where the wheels came off the wagon. I got stuff I shouldn't and didn't get stuff I should. Then when I asked about it the waiter argued with us. Remember I asked questions prior to ordering so what was included before I ordered wasnt after I ordered. I ate my extra greasy food. While everything stuck to the table. The music was shut off and I could hear someone playing on their phone. The place looks very run down. Most of the seats are tore up. I noticed poor repairs too booths. The flyes were a pain. I felt like they wished I got my food To Go. I don't know what the deal is but I won't be going back. The whole experience wasn't worth the poor quality of food I received for to much money. It was dirty, the staff seemed rude and sup par food. I would think twice about this place. It was definitely empty enough that proper cleaning could be done. I hope others have a...

I hate that I need to rate Fiesta Jalapenos so low.

Their food is excellent and they have the best margaritas in town. Unfortunately service is completely unacceptable.

They have messed up every takeout order we have placed with them and don't seem to want to make it right. And I don't mean by giving us free food or anything like that.

Here's an example: We ordered food for 5 people and they completely forgot one of the meals. We called on the way to the restaurant to let them know what happened and they kept trying to refund us for the one meal instead of making it. We already had the other 4 people's meals though so what were we supposed to do? Tell that one person they were out of luck and wouldn't eat that night or make them wait for food at a completely different restaurant? Eventually they relented but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I strongly recommend them for dine in service once the pandemic has passed because I've never had trouble with them while eating at the restaurant and it's a very nice experience. If you're looking to order to go then save yourself a headache and order from Tres...
