I would give 0 stars but will not let me.I understand with covid and all BUT,Stood outside for 40 min with 8 other customers till only 2 people in store,once in there seen two kids just sitting on ledge and they were in there all 40 min,what they were waiting for was not my business but owner said they will be a while,Why not ask them 2 to wait outside for whatever they were waiting for and tend to other customers,other customers who were regulars said its like this every day.Once inside I felt being rushed out by owner after he did not have what i was looking mainly for and browsing for a new...

I decided to go to this hobby store to pick up a new battery and charger for my truck. It’s a little out of the way for me and I would usually go to strongsville hobby because it’s closer.
