The Rack - A Bridal Sample Boutique — Attraction in Medina

I said yes to my dress at The Rack! I had a wonderful experience at The Rack shopping for wedding dresses. My bridal consultant Lauren was patient and very helpful, she created a calm and supportive environment. At first I was nervous about dress shopping but Lauren really helped me throughout the process. The shop has a great selection of dresses offered in many sizes, they get new dresses often, their prices are really fair and affordable. I had a private appointment, with just Lauren, myself and my guests, I really liked the private experience. They also offer some drinks and snacks and have accessories to try on. Their veils are also very reasonably priced. Lauren made a plan for trying on dresses and suggested some dresses in similar styles, she made sure I had tried on a variety of dresses and had time to consider my top picks. I ended up choosing a beautiful dress that had just came in and fit me perfectly, it was meant to be! At the end, Lauren put a veil on me and gave me a bouquet of flowers for the final look! I loved this touch, it helped show me what my bridal look would be! I said yes to the dress! Overall, I had an amazing experience. The Rack has a wide selection of beautiful dresses for all brides, their shop is a welcoming and relaxing environment, and Lauren was an excellent bridal consultant. My experience at The Rack in Medina was wonderful! I would recommend this boutique to anyone, especially to any anxious brides who are feeling overwhelmed. This was the first dress shop I went to and I was so anxious and overwhelmed at the idea of trying on a bunch of dresses. As we pulled in, I saw a beautiful dress in the display window and I started to feel a little more optimistic. The boutique is so cozy and warm and there is a snack and coffee bar and the comfiest robes to wear in between dresses. Faith was our sales associate and she was so wonderful to work with! You really receive that one on one attention and it feels so relaxed and personal. There was actually a cancellation for the time slot right after me and she took that time to bring me more dresses to try on, giving me an extra hour and a half to try on dresses which I was so thankful for. What I really appreciated was that they were upfront with their pricing and there was no pressure at all to buy a dress that day. I was given time to think over my options. I corresponded with Faith throughout the week and ended up picking the dress I saw in the window. I was able to pick up my dress at my convenience and was given a list of of recommended tailors for alterations. LOVEEE The Rack! From the minute I walked, I couldn’t be more happy with my choice in deciding to visit!!! I worked with Lauren B., who from the very start felt like I was working with one of my own friends in finding my dream dress for my wedding day. She did an amazing job explaining the process of how my visit would go, and not once during the time there did I feel rushed, or that I was just another customer….as I had felt at other boutiques/salons. I really appreciated how before showing the dress’s to my friends, Lauren took the time to talk over with just me, what I liked or didn’t like about the dress before having the opinions of my friends influencing me which REALLY made a difference and helped me choose MY dream dress. I had my last two dresses narrowed down, we went out in the natural light and Lauren assured me I could try on both dresses multiple times if needed. Not once during that time was she rushing, pushy or annoyed that she had to zip me in and out of the same dress 4 times (lol!), her patience was very much noted! But without her help and patience, I would have probably rushed my decision and not have chosen the most perfect dress that I did! And the best part, I was able to take my dress home that day!!
