They are very prejudices and rude. These people have labeled me and have told various managers about me. So when I come to there store employees whom I have never met give me a hard time. I have my own business customer service is a priority. This treatment is very hurtful and cause me to have tears often, can’t sleep, and I continuously think about this unfair mistreatment. Along with being profiled. When all I wanted to do is get my 9 pieces of papers printed off. That I had already sent to there email. Roy in the copy center immediately gave me a nasty attitude. Saying it’s going to be a while why he stood there watching a customers items come out the machine one at a time. Trying really hard to make me upset. Why does he need a job if he can’t multitask. So I asked for a manager Blane came over gave me a nasty attitude as well. They were talking in the headphones about me. He refuse to help me. I was in a rush and didn’t have times for the games. So I asked for his card and customer service number he gave it to me in a nice nasty manner. Then he goes to the back and comes back up here and says you have been told that at Arnold Ms. Pickles. I was livid. This manager went to the back to call about me. I didn’t make a scene nor did I get loud. There was a line of people waiting! These people had to wait because they wanted to teach me a lesson. I guess! When I go to Arnold I have never had these problems. I know that I am not the only business owner that comes to get service at the counter. These people need to be fired and retained. As a business owner I don’t have time for the petty prejudice behavior. They don’t know what is going on in my personal life. The turn over at this location is very high because they can’t keep good people. It’s sad because they are teaching the young generation of employees how to use bad management judgment. They tried to make me filers like a nobody bit it didn’t work. I called customer service gave him my complaint. Then all of a sudden his line he would not answer. I don’t deserve this treatment because the color of my skin. It’s hurtful and So unfair! I would like to talk to the area manager or the CEO. I will continue to search for this information until I speak to some. All I want is my copies. I am not going to inconvenience myself by driving so far to get service when this is right down the street from me. Something needs to be done about this. It needs to be addressed. I have more. A lot of time wasted. The manager either go back and forward with me to prove a point. When I am the customer. All of the other customers had to suffer. This was so disrespectful and childish. Read moreI purchased a chair in July 2023. Worked fine until recently. The chair sinks and the plundger needs replaced. I called the store as the warranty is 5 years. I waited on hold for 15min to talk to the manager only to be told I have to call the 800 # for the manufacturer. (The manufacturer is owned by Office Depot) I call the other number and was told they would issue a credit after I got them a receipt. The issues is I bought it for work and submitted it and no longer have it. They said I would have to call yet another 800# to get the receipt. I called was on the phone for a long time and the guy said I would get an email back in 24 hours. Well 24 hours goes by. No email. I call again gave all the info to a second person they said I would get an email in 24 hours. About an hour goes by and I get a we can not find your receipt notice. I forwarded this to the first person I talked to and they said no receipt they would do nothing.
