Last Monday my mom, boyfriend, and I went in for lunch. There were only like 8 tables in the restaurant and they all had their food or were finished eating. We all ordered burgers because we had gone to the Fenton location and loved the burgers. Our server came and asked my mom if she’d like another tea. Never brought one. Came back ten minutes later and asked her if she’d like another tea. She set down napkins with the tea and said our food was almost ready. We didn’t see her for over 25 minutes and our 3 burgers took 55 minutes to come to the table and they weren’t even hot. A group of four people got sat behind us a good 15 minutes after we got there and had ordered and their food came out way before ours. They were about done eating before we got our food. My boyfriends burger had onions on it which we requested no onions. We weren’t even about to ask it to be remade because we were already running late for our plans at that point being our food took 55 minutes. So today I wanted a burger again and placed an online order. Ordered a quesadilla and two burgers. It said we got a free drink with our burgers for a limited time deal so we picked our drinks online. My boyfriend goes to pick up the food. For one has to wait thirty minutes for the food and it said it would be ready in 11 minutes which he was late getting there anyway bc we come from Arnold. Gets the food and he asked where our drinks were. The girl said they don’t give the drinks for online orders (why the hell did you site ask us what we wanted to drink if we don’t get them) manager was called over and was cocky as can be. Denied us our drinks so my boyfriend had to purchase two drinks. get home, there’s no salsa for my quesadilla, the chicken in it was like rubbery so I couldn’t even eat it, and they didn’t put any IHOP sauce on either burger which we requested an extra side of it and didn’t receive that either. So what I’m saying is... they lost me and my whole family of 8 as customers and they suck so bad. I would recommend the location in fenton or south City on Chippewa. Never again will we return. Maybe they need new cooks and a new manager. Something has to change or they will have to close due to lack of business. Place...

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an IHOP or any restaurant in general.
The restaurant was very dirty. When entering the front door there was cobwebs along the floor attached to the bench seats and walls. In addition, the dining area had piles of dirt and debris all over the floor and the ceiling was brown with apparent dirt and water damage.
The restaurant was not busy whatsoever.
The server took about 15-20 minutes to take our drink order and bring it to us and still got it wrong. After ordering our food, it took over an hour to get it. When it was brought out it was cold, and she brought out someone else’s food with it.
Additionally, the server brought half the order. I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for my food. The server brought half my order, which was cold and the gravy had clumps of flour in it (not edible). I then had to wait an addition 10 minutes for my bacon, hash browns, and eggs (not properly cooked). The server had to bring my order out 3 separate times because it wasn’t right.
The server appeared to be confused, high on drugs (displayed mannerisms of being on a strong stimulant), and kept wiping her nose with her bare hands.
Customers complained to the manager about the lack of service. The manager did not show any concern about the complaints. The kitchen staff were yelling and cussing at each other loud enough for us in the dining area to hear which included very young children.
This restaurant needs to be shut down, thoroughly cleaned, and the staff needs to be replaced or retrained.
Horrible service. We paid for our food and will never come back to this restaurant again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. I just hope the owner of this restaurant reads the reviews and makes improvements, otherwise it appears this will soon be a vacant failed business.

Read moreWe arrived at 8:35/8:40 we didn't get to see our waitress until 9:05. Once she finally came over she rushed us through our drink order then asked us for our food order at the same time. Didn't bring us our drinks til 9:15 then brought our food out to us one at a time then came back at 9:25 asking us if we wanted to go boxes. When we told her not yet but could we get refills that's when we were informed that they are no longer 24 hours and we would have to get them in a to ho cup and they close at 10 I ordered a sirloin steak and instead I got a Salisbury steak the children's cups are no bigger than a 4 Oz cup and they charge $3 for them if we would have known that then we would have ordered the kids a cup to share not only all of this but we were met with an attitude from start to finish with the attitude just getting worse as the night went on. Then at 9:40 we still weren't done eating and were rushed out the door and attitude that tripled once she saw her tip. When in reality she is lucky she even got a tip at all with how horrible of service we got. The food was worse, on top of the wrong food the fries were half burnt. The amount of money we spent there is no reason we should have gotten the service we got. Our company we had with us paid $80 with only a $1 tip and my bill is in the photos.
