Just go somewhere else. Even if you spend more money.. We will never return to any Chuck e Cheese. In the last year our family has done 3 parties. The $99.99 package was a good deal. The establishment is DIRTY!!! The trash is always overflowing. To the point there isn't even space to put your trash in the trashcans so it ends up piled on the top.
We had 2 successful parties in the fact of planning and getting what we paid for.
The last time I mistakenly booked the wrong day. We received no courtesy call, but ultimately it was my fault. We showed up the following day that I thought I had booked and they did credit the $50 deposit I had placed.
However, the manager lied straight to my face and they made 0 effort to accommodate our family. I had asked if there was anyway that I could pay for the party package, but understood they did not have a host or table and we would not be able to participate in the typical party services. Ticket Blaster, etc. I really just wanted to pay for our group of kids to have the time. We had 2 birthday boys 5 and 6 who were so excited and looking forward to their Chuck e Cheese party since they had 3 siblings and cousins who had their experience.
She told me they don't do those package on the weekend. That is a complete lie because I have always planned them on the weekends and we did the same package.. Lie 1
She then told me she had "no way to ring that package up".. What does that even mean? She was looking at her sheet of party packages not even at the computer.. Lie 2
I then inquired about the rubber bracelets that come with the party packages for the party kids. Mind you we have done this twice previously on a weekend day without issue for 3 kids.. she proceeds to tell me those packages don't include those bracelets... Lie 3 They absolutely do and we have received them each time without paying any extra.
Ultimately, I paid just shy of $300 for 6 kids to play for 2 hours. This did not include drinks or food.
Their prices are outrageous. They didn't offer us plates, the birthday kids a ticket blaster experience or any assistance at all. It was very sad for the kiddos and our family as I could have bought the party package 3 times over for that price.
When we were at the ticket counter there was at least 3 employees who just passed right by us without even acknowledging us. They spoke with each other and flat out ignored us while we waited for over 20 minutes for the family before us to pick their prizes.
While 2 employees stood in front of us chatting and organizing prizes.
The service here is absolutely pathetic.
I would rather spend double the amount for a better atmosphere, more for our money, a cleaner environment, and better services.
These workers are miserable and again they are overpriced and the place is a mess.
I submitted their survey and heard nothing back despite our complaints.
They just want your money and your experience doesn't matter. Spend your money...
Read moreTook my son to this location for the first time last week on Tuesday. It had been years since I’ve been to a Chuck E. Cheese and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by most of the experience and a little let down/perturbed on other portions. I’ll start with the pricing. $14.99 for all you can play was a steal my little guy played every game in there and had so much fun! The pricing on food was also very reasonable in my opinion, the pizza was great and flavorful. The establishment was fairly clean and staff were pretty friendly. My biggest complaint are parents who have no control over their kids or themselves for that matter. I watched my child follow directions on three separate accounts during the ticket blast, he sat where he was supposed to and didn’t crowd and he only got tickets one time because other kids where crowding the character, and not following directions. Not only is it not fair to the kids that are doing what was asked it’s not fair to the staff because you’re not making your kids follow directions and they can’t really do anything about it. I saw the character get frustrated at one point and go back into the dressing room because kids weren’t listening. Another thing that I don’t feel should be allowed is the “hogging” of games. If there is someone standing by that has shown interest in a game you’re playing, step aside and give them a turn. All in all very pleased with the location it was just other people that made the experience less pleasing. Maybe instead of throwing the tickets at the kids, hand them to the ones that listen? Boom, kids learn respect and how to follow directions. Then maybe set a time limit or number of play limit on games so others have the...
Read moreI was a little bummed today as we had a birthday party there today and bought each kid 90 minute cards. Some 120 minute cards because they were early. Spending hundreds of dollars. Within 9 minutes a kid lost his card. He still has 81 minutes left as your workers scanned one of the other cards we bought at the same time. They gave him a 30 minute card. I didn't feel that was fair. There should be a way to void out cards and get a new one. I told them this after he sat for about 20 minutes alone. She said she could give me another 30 minute card and that made he happy as the other kids had 25 minutes left. At this point I had used about 10 minutes of my card talking. Then I give it to him, he's very excited and starts playing. Within a very few minutes the card is dead. It lasted maybe 10 minutes. We don't understand why or how and felt like it was wrong. Very disappointed this visit. We were also sad the kids no longer get to collect paper tickets. We have four children and come for birthdays but may not anymore. I spend so much money here and so many hundred today I didn't understand why they couldn't replace...
