I just came from this chick fila. I stopped for a chicken biscuit at breakfast time. Chick-fil-s’s service & atmosphere is usually top notch when I go to the ones that are closer to home. At this specific location I was made to seek uncomfortable. I ordered inside. When I walked it, I went to the restroom to wash my hands, then came to the order counter. Not only did no one greet me when I walked inside, but when I came to the order counter, the girl standing at the register just stared at me. She seemed to be ringing herself up, but there was no”I’ll be right with you”, no “one moment”. Just didn’t acknowledge me at all I just gave her grace and walked to a trash can to throw away a paper towel, then stood back at the register. Now there are other services, even a manager. None of them acknowledged me. They continued to either stare at me, ignore me or disregard me. I’m not sure if it was because no one else inside looked like me (I’m Black, they were all white). I thought about leaving & just going to Panera. But the girl finally spoke to me, asking if I wanted to place an order like it wasn’t obvious. But even once I’d ordered and received my food it seemed as if the older lady handing it to me was uncomfortable, I don’t know if they’re not used to seeing Black people or what but I’ve worked in customer service long enough to know how things go & that was not okay. Read moreAs a frequent customer of This establishment, we normally always have fantastic service. However, this time we had an awful experience with the service. Ordered chicken nuggets, a sandwhich, and a salad. Asked for ranch for the sandwhich and nuggets and because I was feeling indecisive on sauce as I’ve never got a salad there, I asked if I could get one of each. I was received with nasty glances from the manager, the people out front, and even the people inside looked at me like I had 3 heads. Was prompted there was a 3 sauce maximum and then they asked if I wanted to buy another salad so I could get more sauce??? I told them the dressings I wanted, nobody would make eye contact or say anything. Said thank you and they all just nodded in my direction. Then come to find out they had no other sauces in our bag but the ones for my salad. Could have been just a bad crew tonight but I expect more of their routinely good service. Read moreI ordered from here a month ago, and they got my order wrong, but I didn't know until I got home with my food. When I realized the error, I immediately called the store to speak to the manager, who didn't give me her name, and they let me know that I could get my same order again at no cost, as long as I bring the receipt within 30 days. I come back with my receipt within the time frame and explain to the lady taking my order what happened last time. She tries to help but is unable to, so I end up seeing a manager on duty at the window. He asks what was wrong from my meal, I tell him, then goes inside and comes back with the incorrect items from my meal. I thank him, then leave. Unlike last time, I checked my meal before I headed home, and, AGAIN, my meal is wrong. From the sandwich to the fries and the drink. This is twice in a row that I haven't been listened to, and frankly, I am disappointed. It's giving laziness and lack of respect.
