20twelve — Attraction in Memphis

This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review, and unfortunately, it’s due to a very bad experience with the customer service at this store. I’ve never visited the store in person, but I found their name listed on the Trudon website as a retail partner. Hoping to purchase a product for Christmas, I decided to call and check its availability today.

On my first call, the woman answering hung up after I managed to say just four words: “Hello, I want to...” Thinking it might have been a phone issue, I tried again. On the second call, she hung up immediately after I said “Hello.” Still trying to be patient, I made a third call, only to have the phone picked up and hung up on me instantly.

I can’t understand how a high-end store like this could allow such unprofessional and rude behavior from its staff. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was ready to make a purchase. It’s unacceptable for any staff member to treat a customer this way, regardless of their accent or manner of speaking. A luxury brand must ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy, as discrimination in any form is completely unacceptable.

I hope the management takes this issue seriously, providing better training to their staff to ensure no customer ever feels dismissed or unwelcome. Experiences like this tarnish the store's reputation and alienate potential customers. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this...
