Seasons 52 — Restaurant in Memphis

My goodness!! If only I had pictures of the experience that I could share. I had such a great time I forgot to take pictures of the food, but this experience was just so phenomenal. It’s my third time patronizing this location altogether. (2 dine-in and 1 takeout; each time positive experience.) I was there to celebrate my mother’s birthday and from the moment I placed my reservation that morning I was dealt with in a courteous manner and utmost patience. Thank you Ben for setting the tone for a great evening and thank you Ms. Dean later when I called to confirm that I was still on my way. Although I recommend trying your best to be on time for your reservation out of respect to the staff and guests, I ended up being an hour late (but I asked my guests to check in for me); however, the diligence and care of the staff was touching. I was escorted to my reserved area with a smile.

The reservation was originally for a smaller amount of guests but since I was unsure about the specific number in attendance, when I got there they had not 1, but 2 tables reserved! Ana, our server for the first table, promptly greeted us and had a perfect attitude which gave us an even more pleasant experience! She was so attentive to our needs that night, and did everything in a timely manner. I’ve never had such excellent service. She even took pictures of our guests for us, and was very friendly. I believe Rachel was the name of the server at our second table and she even served the couple who came in a little before closing with us. When I did interact with her she did very well and an excellent attitude! All of the food everyone loved, and the guests asked me for recommendations so the majority of them ordered my suggestion which is also the restaurant’s suggestion: cedar plank salmon! I get it every time. Literally the best salmon, veggies, and marble potatoes, but some guests ordered different sides. The lamb I tried was so juicy and tender. I had the botanical smash mocktail and it was good.

The birthday girl enjoyed her meal as well and they cater to gluten-free eaters like herself which was another factor in choosing this location. Great selection of food!! Great quality AND quantity at a great price. Beautiful, intimate, and sophisticated ambiance. Also, I love the on-site security and the option of valet parking. The staff that night really took great care of us and it all points back to the great managers there and God. Everything was so perfect that night I knew He was in the midst. All of it was what I prayed for and exceeded my expectations. It was such a magnificent experience and such a blessing—the type of evening that will have our guests, myself, and my mom, whom I surprised that night (was in joyful tears), with a party that will be talked about greatly for years!! Thank you so very much and of course, I will be back and continue to look forward to many more positive experiences. Highly appreciated and highly recommended. :)

Wow, so my husband brought me here for our 8 year anniversary and it was such a great experience!

So off the bat, theres complimentary valet parking. - we chose not to use it because my husband is very picky on who drives his car. But very nice the boys there seem to know what they are doing.

Walking in we needed to wear mask. We didnt have mask because we didnt need one anywhere else we went so we didnt have one. But we had reservations so we were just seated like maybe 5 mins after we got there. I was excited.

My husband and I were extremely happy just sitting there. Very clean, very professional. You could see the kitchen! It was so quiet but you seen them working! Wow so professional. The ambience was just perfect. The Lighting was perfect We were seated at 530 pm. And it was fairly quiet around that time. Around 6pm the place started to fill in and the waiters were busy but still attentive to all their guest.

The mixed drinks were a little to strong for us but tasted Good. We got whatever our waiter recommended since it was our first time and I'm a picky wine drinker.

The best part of the night was the food. I mean absolutely seriously.

We had the mozzarella tomato basil flat bread. And my mouth is salivating🤤🤤🤤 just thinking about it. If I had to rate the food based on that alone it would be 5 stars. We also had the avocado toast. It was by far the best avocado toast that I've ever had but i have avocado toast almost 2x a week so I wasnt too excited about this one- my husband wanted to try it so we did but honestly I wish I wouldve just gotten 2 flat breads haha. I had a garden salad. And I eat salad with everything. I'll eat salad with a pbnj if I could lol this salad and the dressing.... it had nuts it had flavor it had croutons it was just a delight I almost didnt want to share the salad with my husband lol. 🤤🤤🤤

And the main dish the salmon. We came here specifically because they had salmon and it did not disappoint. It came with some delicious little potatoes, and green beans. ..... man I'm salivating again🤤🤤🤤. The salmon was cooked to perfection. It was buttery and juicy it was just over all amazing. The potatoes, I'm a potato....😅 fan. And mustard mayo sauce on the side we tried it with the sauce, we were not an fan it didnt need it really.

For dessert it was so cute they had these little shot glass desserts and I choose the cookies and creme because I didnt want to ruin the delicious food I just had with sugar or with something I didnt like so I went safe route. And it did not disapoint. It was light and fluffy with cookie crumbles and it was great. Melt into you mouth dessert.

Again overall this place was amazing.

My 4 year old daughter with severe egg allergies was given food WITH EGG from this restaurant.

The person serving us the food assured us that what we ordered for our daughter does not have egg. But few minutes after our daughter ate the food, she started having reactions. We immediately gave her medication and wondered why. We called the attention of the server and asked her what are the ingredients in the food. She insisted that there is no egg in the food. My wife checked the food and saw brownies in it. That's when we learned that the food given to her was made from egg whites and contains brownies which also has eggs in it. We asked for the manager which apparently is also the head chef. The chef/manager said that he was not asked by anyone about the food and that he was not informed about the incident. So not until we asked for the manager was the only time he was informed about what is going on. The manager/chef did nothing but just to apologize and save himself by constantly telling us that he was not informed about the incident and that no one asked him. We stayed for a little while in the restaurant while we observe our daughter and see if we need to call 911. That is when another lady approached us because she saw us waiting outside. She introduced herself as the manager TOO. So there were two managers. And same as the first one, she was not made aware as well of the incident. We asked her of their protocols. None of the things she mentioned happened to us. They suppose to have allergen menus, we were not given that. They have standby allergy medications, we were not asked and informed about it. Very poor management and care for life. The second manager asked us our contact information and said that someone will contact us about the matter. Someone did call us ONCE and asked for information. That person who called said that he will call us again but three months already passed, we still haven't received any feedback.

This restaurant does not give importance to allergies and the gravity of its consequences. They probably need someone to be hospitalized or die first before taking the matter seriously. They do not understand the fear it has brought upon the 4 year old child because of this. The food was great but with this incident and how they attended to it was really concerning. If I can give this restaurant a NEGATIVE 5 review, I would. We will not come back to this restaurant and will let everyone we know, know how poorly this restaurant cares...
