Boulevard Souvenirs — Attraction in Memphis

Where do I start. This is the first time I have ever received this level of customer service, impeccable. The evening I placed my order I received a call within just a few minutes to let me know they had sold out of a product and do I want a refund or just a different style. I believe her name was Colleen. I told Colleen I would just want a different style. My order was shipped out right after that call. Now I was set to receive my order yesterday, 12/22, well low and behold the USPS had it returned to the store. I was heartbroken, this was my mother's Christmas gift. I called to store to let them know. I spoke with Slava, a very wonderful patient gentleman that help me tremendously. I stead of waiting to receive the items, he calmed me down, I was crying, then told me they would ship out new items right away and this time they would ship them UPS. These wonder people deserve more than 5 stars! They made my business with them superb that I will ABSOLUTELY be purchasing from them again! These were angels...

No way would I spend any money here. I sure planned to, so did my fiance, my son and my mother. Unfortunately the two guys who were working there told my son to stop touching a guitar case lunch pale he was looking at. I let it go until my son picked up something else. I could see if he were running with it, handling it roughly, shaking it... the guy told him he needed to stop touching things. I said everyone in here is touching something, what if he wants to buy it? The worker said, "You break it you buy it". Not a way to treat any customer. That is a given. I don't need a lecture. They were picking on all the children in the store, not just my son. I called the guy a few choice words and told everyone to leave. I wasn't buying anything there. I don't plan to ever. And by the way, they are the same prices, no cheaper than the stores up by the tent. Avoid this place...

An interesting thing happened today at Blvd Souvenirs in Memphis. They have $5.00 Elvis shirts available. I went in to purchase about 20 and was told they are now not for sale to me. They were clearly on the rack for sale. Rene the shop owner asked me to leave and said I was no longer a customer. I asked the reason why and Rene said.. I don’t have to give you a reason why. So I left with no Elvis shirts and now have been banned from Blvd. I’ve never been refused service at any business for any reason. Today...
