The Edge Motor Museum offers a singular journey through the captivating history of American muscle cars. It's not just a collection of vehicles; it's a living testament to automotive passion and innovation.

The museum curators have carefully chosen the most iconic and representative models. Quality trumps quantity here, and it's refreshing.

Read moreMy teen son and I randomly found a brochure for the Edge Museum as we were leaving our sun studios tour, and were thrilled to hear it was just a couple blocks down the street. My son is a car nut, especially muscle cars. So it was an awesome surprise. We ran down to the museum and it was instant happiness for my son. He was like a kid in a candy store.
We were greeted at the door by Wesley and Eli. They were both very welcoming and kind. Eli ended up giving us a “tour” to some of the cars. Luckily we were the only ones there at the time, so Eli spent tons of extra time talking to us and filling my son in on other fun facts about the cars. There aren’t tons of cars, but what they have are gorgeous and stunning. I loved the iPads with information about each car.
I can’t say enough nice things about Eli and how sweet, kind, and fun he made the experience for us! My son could have spent all day there and Eli was so patient and helpful. You could tell him and Wesley has passion for the cars. The museum was very informative, beautifully laid out, and a modern looking tribute to these classics! I would highly recommend going there if you have time. We will absolutely be back if we’re in town again! Please go support this...
Read more5 STARS for Edge Motor Museum in Memphis! Time flies when you visit this fantastic facility just a stone’s throw up from Sun Studios. It’s a clean, climate controlled 3+ levels of car show featuring an aesthetically pleasing curved ramp to walk from one level of beautiful cars to the next. The wall along the ramp has easy-to-read historical/educational information and the cars on display are fronted with tablet-type screens with specific details and photos of each car. It’s a great mix of high and low tech that would allow you to have a great self-guided tour experience, but the real fun is in talking to the personable expert staff. “Studebaker Bob” was so gracious as to tell us a little or a lot about every magnificent automobile on display, and we also learned more about how the museum came to be and its day-to-day operations, including rotation of the excellent exhibits. Rush through in an hour and you’ll get more than your money’s worth, but it’s much more likely you’ll want to stay at least 2 or 3! We...
