The Orchid Club — Restaurant in Memphis

Beautiful place started by the Queen Caroline... She has transitioned but her daughter is keeping her memory alive by continuing the enjoyable atmosphere that Mama Caroline put in place. I would recommend this place to anybody. I love this place and it has been a home for me almost 30 years. I turned 50 next year and looked forward to having a major celebration. If you wanna have a good time after hours this is most definitely the place. Great music and the vibe has kept me coming...

Definitely reminds me of the hole in the wall back home, but way nicer decor. Since we were in town for a birthday celebration we wanted to go out and this place was recommended. Though I love supporting black businesses, charging a fee at a byob spot that only sale beer and coolers is stretching it. Plus the kitchen was closed. Not sure if I'll be back on my future...
