This store and the staff are absolutely phenomenal. The owners and all of the staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My roommate and I visited them about a month after they opened and we were greeted warmly and helped eagerly. They are all happy to answer questions and guide you to your needs, which is so important in any kind of metaphysical/spiritual store or environment as information can be hard to come by. Despite this, the staff is very knowledgeable on all of their offerings. The products of the store are incredibly varied, with loose teas and herbs, imported polish specialty products and snacks, handmade goods like soaps, bath bombs, and clothing, and an extremely impressive assortment of incense and crystals. This is only the tip of the iceberg, as there is much more I haven't mentioned. This also doesn't include their services, which include meditation, astrological readings, and tarot spreads. I seriously could not recommend this store enough. It is a breath of fresh air in Memphis, it blows the other metaphysical stores nearby out of the water, and is a place I know I can go to for a positive atmosphere and experience. Please support this business to keep them going, and to support some of the kindest owners and employees I've interacted with in the city. The large amount of 5 star reviews just proves that this store is a great addition to the city, and that you wont regret giving them a visit.

P.S. It is worth having a chat with one of the owners Krzysztof if you see him around the store, he has a really interesting story and is very passionate about the store's history as well...

From my first, second, & third experience, I thought this would be my go to place. I lost Opalite stone out of my ring. I noticed it was on the floor at the time I was in the facility, but it didn’t dawn on me until I got home & notice that it was the stone out of my ring. I saw three people behind the counter, looking at the Opalite stone, I guess because they don’t sell those stones and knowingly that it didn’t belong to them. I called the next day to report that I had lost it and that I saw them looking at it behind the register & making them aware of me noticing it on the floor. Having no idea that the stone came out of my ring that I was wearing. I am so disappointed in them and I have spent so much money with this company! Not mad just so disappointed that they would go to that extent for something as simple as a small Oplite stone from a piece of jewelry. . They kept putting me on hold after each one would come to the phone 😔when she finally got her lie together & came back to the phone she stating that I was welcome to come and look for it, but they didn’t find it which I knew was a flat out lie because I saw them behind the cash register looking at it. It didn’t cost that much so if anybody wanted to have a great experience, please go to the BROOM Downtown because that’s where I purchased it. I will go back and get another one. My first visit was a reading with Anthony and that was great. My 2nd visit was a Reiki session and although I spoke wirh her on the phone as to the issue I was having and if she could assist she said yes and would refer me to someone. That didn't happen. The session was calming. I was able to relax and that was the best sleep I've had in weeks but no other noticeable differences. My 3rd visit my reading with Lilly started 20 min late due to the previous reading going over. So when I arrived she was kind of just walking around I let her know I was her 3 o'clock it's almost 330. She goes in to get everything ready. She had to look up a spread to do. She takes way too long to decipher the cards which eats up the time and close to the end like 7 min left the owner knocked and came in. Mind you we started late. She knocked and said someone else needed the room. To ME she messed the energy up,she messed the rest of my session up it was rude and unprofessional and at that point I just wanted to end it. That was MY time! Just as it was explained to me it could have been explained to the next that it was running...
