Piccadilly To Go — Restaurant in Memphis

Visited Picadilly on Germantown Parkway today 11-22-2024, I want to give them a big ZERO, the food was terrible, bread (rolls) were very hard that you cannot bite it but you can pull it loose to eat. Meals are too high to not enjoy it. This is my second review regarding this location, yall really need to find a good cook, the bake chicken is not done. The owner did respond to my other review and left a telephone number to call so they can make it right but you can never reach anybody at that number. Bad business and customer service. And last yall need to go down on the proce of the meal because they only give you a teaspoon of food. Yall need to close until you can find a real COOK. I don't think I will ever go to that location again.

Visited Picadilly today on Germantown Parkway in Cordova, the servers act like we are getting the food free, they give you very little, in whitehaven they give a good size portion, Germantown Parkway give you a teaspoon-enough to taste, heads up yall need to make some fresh rolls, they are hard, you can only eat the top part of the roll. Not good yall need to do better, we are spending our money. Also on 8-30-2024 I visited Picadilly once again and got the 2 for $27.00, it should have been free, the food was horrible, you all need a experienced good cook who knows how to cook. The rolls are hard and not browned, the rice and broccoli with cheese was very watery, maybe yall should check with the cooks at the Whitehaven and Poplar locations to see how they cook, I am so serious. Get a better cook or shut down.

Visited Picadilly again today January 9, 2025, I promise this is truly my last time going there on Germantown Parkway, I had a veggie plate, it was so nasty, rice and broccoli was dried out as if it had been sitting for a long time, corn was cold, carrot souffle was okay, roll was very very hard. Yall need to stop serving customers skimpy helpings not enough to taste. Also yall need to hire employees that don't have a nasty attitude. Lastly don't give out a phone number for the customer to call and it don't go through - can't reach nobody. This location really needs to close down or learn how to cook.

Visited the Cordova location for dinner on today 8-5-2025, that was a BIG MISTAKE, Rice and Broccoli was nasty and dried out as if it's been sitting all day and the rice was not done, yall need to find another cook ASAP the sooner the better. The Mexican lady that fix the to go plates need to at least drain the juice off of the food, she just being stingy with the food and just give you a lot of juice and by time you get home the juice has spilled on your other food. Maybe she need to wash dishes instead of being a server because she truly does not care, it shows. And last the owner need to stop giving out that phone number to call because he or she know they are not going to answer the phone. Picadilly get it together or close yall truly sucks more than ever, yall used to be the go to place back in the day but not anymore those days are long gone. This time yall truly deserves a BIG ZERO. Scott Krueger, the GM at the Germantown Piccadilly, was the most professional, personable individual and is obviously knocking his job out of the park! He worked diligently to coordinate and feed our our high school football team as we made the 3.5 hour trip to play an away game, just 1 mile from his restaurant. Below, is our follow up email we sent to him. He deserves a promotion, for sure! He was such a joy to work with!

We cannot thank you enough for all you did to make the trip a success. We certainly had our share of challenges that day but pre-game meal was not one of them. The food was delicious, the service was timely and friendly and you, sir, certainly run a tight ship! The restaurant itself inside, the bathrooms, even the outside and the parking lot were incredibly maintained. Your willingness to communicate with us so effectively leading up to the day put us at ease and when we arrived, your ability to help us direct traffic and communicate with the kids was so extremely helpful and quite encouraging and uplifting - right when we really needed it.

We cannot thank you enough for making our day! As you know how important food is to teenage boys and coaches, the experience at Piccadilly exceeded expectations for all. We don’t anticipate a trip back to Germantown anytime in the near future but you put Piccadilly on the map for 120 new customers. We will treat ourselves to the restaurant again as soon as we possibly can and we all will be leaving positive google reviews!

My son and I recently start eating at Piccadilly. Although this location is closest we drive to the one in Germantown! Today we stopped by the Cordova location on the way home to get a kids meal plate. The Hispanic lady insisted kids meal does NOT include a chicken leg. He HAD to get fish or chicken TENDER. I told her we eat at the Gtown location EVERY Thursday & he orders the kids meal drumstick. So I opted to get an adult plate with fried chicken. She asked how many. I responded just a leg. She said “you have to get at least 2” well lady wtf u ask me for?! Needless to say we walked out and won’t be returning to this location ever again!!!
