They ask you to leave a 5-star review at the checkout counter after purchasing your item, but they never confirm a delivery date or communicate about when you will receive your item. This is why this place has such great reviews.

I was told delivery would take 4 days or less. I called the 4th day and my sales rep, Marco lied to me and said that my item would be delivered after 2PM. I waited around my house all day and nobody ever came so I went back to the store to figure out what was going on.

When I got there, I asked if I could get a day and time CONFIRMED for delivery and no one could provide a straight answer. Turns out they didn't even have the item in stock. So they sold me something that they didn't even have...

How do you sell something that you don't have in stock? Now I am going out of town and will not be able to get the couch that I spent over $1,500 for. Delivery is a two-way street. No one has time to wait around for something that they have no intention of fulfilling the delivery for.

To make matters worse, I was told that I would receive a refund from David, the store manager and to this day I never have.

EDIT: DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE! The employees beg you to leave a good review during checkout. Customer service is great but the material of their furniture is cheap and not worth the price! Bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture and the employee said that he put a warranty on everything just for me to find out there’s no warranty on any of my furniture. Beyond PISSED. Nightstand starting to peel already and it’s in a room that’s never used. The guy I spoke with was rude and careless about this because they already got their money! Spent $10K with this company just for them not to care about a warranty!
