Had the worse experience I’ve ever had in this store. Not only did they treat me and my handicap mother like we were stealing when we were at the Sephora. But the MANAGER also went out of her way to yell and get in my moms face after we asked a question about a price and we’re confused with the answer. She then proceeded to follow us to the door of the store causing my mom to go into a panic attack.
If you were wondering what the question is it was the price of a two faced product which the sign told us it was 40% off the entire brand but she continued to tell us we didn’t know what we were talking about, it was just for that specific row of the product and wouldn’t honor the discount. I’ve never seen such ignorance or disrespect from someone whose role is to be in charge in my life. On top of that she let her adult granddaughter behind the register while she was supposed to be helping us which I don’t understand how that should be allowed.
When I asked for the corporate number she must have decided to write down a fake number because when I tried calling I was told I had the wrong number.
I hope they get more considerate people to manage their stores because this was appalling. I wish I could give 0 stars
I encourage the real management to look into this further by reviewing video footage of the incident. We were at the store on July 29 approximately 4:25 pm and take the appropriate and necessary action! I would also appreciate someone reaching out to me...

For starters the ladies did good enough with what the had that's the only reason why it's a 3 star and not a 2. However, when booking my appointment I put in the comment box "both kids on the "Autism Spectrum". I received 3 conformation calls, a text as well an email. All of which I confirmed. When speaking with the 3 associates I reiterated having 2 boys on the Autism Spectrum and that I was looking for someone with experience to be available. All 3 times when speaking with the associates, 1 I later found out was the manager. All of which had confirmed that this was not their first time. Meanwhile during one of the calls the person literally read me the things that can not be included with my session tomorrow due to a staff shortage and that we had 15mins only . She said only 1 backdrop, no props no changing clothes. All I was okay with, but the 1 backdrop. Anywho, I still confirmed. When we arrived I could tell right away we weren't gonna be with anyone with any experience. We ended up with 3 okay photos. Read moreThis is for the salon. I had an appointment at 10am when the store opened. They got to the salon at 10:15. Then they couldnt find the keys. At 10:35 I finally started my appointment for a shampoo and cut. Fortunately I wasn't in a hurry. Then I told her I wanted a shag. I wanted the layers to start by my cheek. I told her I wanted my length left. She said it would look cuter if it was just had it touching my shoulder. I took my hair and stretched it out so it hit the tips of my shoulder.I did that on two separate occations saying I want it this length.She turned my chair so I couldn't see in the mirror. She did not listen to a word I said. My hair is so short, it barely touches me shoulders. No layers around my cheekbones. My daughters wedding is in 2 weeks. Im totally embarrassed by my hair. Its so ugly. Definitely not my style. She didnt listen to a word I said. Note to hair stylists, listen to your clients! They know themselves and their hair better than you do. I gave her a tip because I felt bad for her that her day had started so bad. Now I have to buy hair extensions so the pictures at my daughter's wedding look half decent....
