Hard to tell whatās going on here. Shopped here for a long time with no problems, seemed clean. Last time overwhelmingly fishy/ unclean smell. Ordered , after questioning myself if I should due to the smell, rainbow trout, paid for rainbow trout but got steelhead which was considerably cheaper. Ordered lake perch , paid for lake perch got mystery very fishy ie inedible fish. I mistake maybe but both wrong ? Come on. I had frozen it and no longer had my receipt . When I opened the first pack I thought they just misheard me, (even though I had to stress they had R.trout since the sales woman insisted they didnāt have what I was looking at and marked rainbow trout lol), second pack obviously she just had given me what she felt like grabbing. At the assigned time I pull into a numbered parking spot, I call the phone number posted there to tell them "I'm here", they brought it out (it took a little longer than I expected.) and put the order in the trunk while I stayed in the car. "Touches Transfer Covid-19 issues" worked great. When I called in the morning I placed the order with Caylee, I told her the dinner was for my wedding anniversary. When John put the box into the trunk, he leaned over to my opened window and wished me a "Happy Anniversary". I thought that was such a nice touch! I had 2 pay $3 per pound extra for the sliced pieces of salmon or buy the whole side of fish. I simply asked the employee why I couldnāt buy pieces like I normally do, and she became very aggressive in her responses. I said no thank you and she continued to rudely talk AT me, even as I was walking out the door.
Sadly, I canāt see myself going back, because they do have very good fish.
Take care of your customers the right way, because no matter how good of products you have, the customer are the ones who keep you...
