Hello. My wife and I had dinner today 5/1/2024 at the Mentor location and was extremely unhappy. I only took two bites out of my Rueben sandwich and could not eat anymore. My appetite was ruined because the meat quality was awful. It was rubbery and too chewy. The only thing I ate was my sliced apples. My wife wasn't happy with her meal but she ate it because she was hungry. I have pictures showing the Rueben only having two bites taken out with the bill in front of it. The service could have cared less. I kept waiting for her to ask if something was wrong with my meal the couple of times she came to the table but nothing was mentioned. She asked me if I wanted a box and I said no. She clearly saw I barely touched the Rueben. I didn't say anything about the quality to the server because I don't do that. I just don't complain. I see people do that too often. But when she ignored the fact that I had almost a full sandwich on my plate and she didn't say anything about it blew my mind. Poor food quality and poor service. If you would like the pictures I have, I will gladly send them. The more I think about it, I paid Rueben prices for a few slices of apples. I hate it. I will not be attending this location ever again or any other location so don't bother with a gift card. I would love for my meal to be reimbursed. Just the sandwich portion. That seems fair to me. I even left the server a 20% tip that she didn't deserve. From the beginning her attitude was off putting but I was willing to get passed that. As a whole, I cannot let this...

Not good... , went there evening of October 20th for Mentor Youth Football night with my 2 sons - I will say it was pretty packed . The barmaid let me and my 2 sons sit at the bar in the back . We ordered the 30 wing platter that comes with French Fries - well it took exactly an hour for the food to be done . In the meantime i had a female server come up to me 2x with a dinner asking if we ordered this entree , she had no clue where the food was going . Finally we get our Wings , i will say My kids and i are big wing fanatics so our standards are high . We ordered Hot ...very little sauce on them they looked like the wings were under the heat lamp for awhile . The french fries we got were not seasoned and almost under cooked . The most surprising thing was the barmaid asked if i wanted Blue Cheese , Ranch or Celery when she took our order , i said "Blue CHeese " so on my bill she charged me for the Blue Cheese $0.59 apparently this does not come with your Wing meal ?? I had only asked for (1) Blue Cheese but she gave me 2 Blue Cheese and charged for me both , I will never go back to eat here , too many other options nearby - Fridays , Ouakerstop Wings , Hooley House right in the vicinity . Happy Moose seemed overwhelmed that night with the amount of people in the Restaurant that night and the food was sub par . If your a Wing lover do not go here , you wont...

Went to lunch with my mom - I work nearby. Arrived at 12 and got our pop and water right away. My mom ordered soup and a sandwich and requested the soup come out first. It took 35 minutes to bring out her soup. And there were plenty of empty tables. They were not that busy. At that point it was 12:40 and we mentioned to the waitress that I have to be back to work. Our food still wasn't out. At 12:50 I said please bring me a box for my wings while she was handing them to me. She said she'd get a box but she didn't straight away despite me telling her my lunch hour is over. She continued to wait tables around us. At this point my mom went up to what appeared to be the owner. He was nice and apologetic and comped our meals. My mom took her reuben home with her and I returned to work with my wings. I asked her about her sandwich once she got home and she said it was so soaked in butter it was horrible. She threw it out. That's the bad. The good. The wings were good (hot garlic) and the owner was very nice. After reading several reviews on here about service, I won't be returning though. I just can't get lunch in time at the Happy Moose to be able to enjoy the meal. ...
