I will say they are very nice but I did not have a good experience with the product they used. I got my screen replaced 3 months ago. Since then my screen has been going black, looking fuzzy like a TV screen without cable or my screen is turning different colors. When I had time to go get it fixed I asked for either a replacement screen or my money back so I can get it fixed elsewhere. I was told that since the screen had a tiny light screen I cannot get it replaced. They did clean the inside and replaced the back of my phone because I did break it when I hit my phone with my hand because I was frustrated with the disfunction. I purchased insurance for it too. The next day my phone was worst with the disfunction lasting for more than 3 hours. I work full time, in school full time and I am single mother. I need my phone and I don't have the time to go back and forth to get it fixed so I had to replace my phone. At&t did say that the wiring on the screen is causing the disfunction.
