奥莱NH — Attraction in Merrimack

Went in on a Tuesday at 830 pm and asked to be seated( we wanted to sit where u can see them cook it but hostess didn't care or listen and put menus down on a table and walked away but that's not the reason I give them 1 star! After all its the same food and alot more private. My husband and I both ordered steak one well done and one rare, however both steaks came out rare! I waited for the server to come over and ask us how it was ( and to ask to have it cooked a little more ) untill my husband was almost finished with his dinner! There was no chance of us having dinner together at this point. I just ate rice waiting for anyone to walk by ..... She finally came over and asked if we needed any thing about the time my husband was finished with his meal! No one checked on us after the meals were delivered to make sure everything was good. I just asked for a box so I could cook the steak at home later. She said ok and left , no concern as to why I didn't eat anything and am going to cook it at home... I'm extremely disappointed in the whole night and at how much I paid to sit there...
