UPDATED 06/23/2019 GOD I have never been to a more bi-polar location!! Daytime staff is AWESOME!! There's a girl working who is great, super friendly and always helpful/smiling.
Night shift.... Uh no. I'm officially over it. You AREN'T doing us a favor by handing us food we paid for. You AREN'T doing us a favor by having to deal with us as customers!!! There's a difference between rolling your eyes at ISSUES, and rolling your eyes because a mobile order comes in. I don't know if the staff is unaware that the app does NOT let us fully "send" the order until we are AT THE LOCATION. You have to LITERALLY click "I'm here". That makes such an awkward exchange because the app tells us to let them know we're there, WE DO, OBVIOUSLY knowing the food couldn't be done, and not expecting it to be. Every. Single. Time. They get a sarcastic attitude and almost shrugging their shoulders when we're literally just doing what the app says.
THEN when we try to explain that it's the app, they roll their eyes, refuse to hear us, and proceed to talk sh** to each other (the big RUDE manager included) about us not understanding it... When it's actually them.
When you ask for sauce, at all, the big manager guy has SUCH an issue like they're his personal stash... And he literally complains in FRONT of the customer about "big" orders (two meals, and two sides of cheese sticks... Get the hell over it)
Basically, night time acts like they're above serving the customers that are literally the only reason they have a job in the first place.
You're a manager at a Burger King; what the hell else would you be doing with your time at a restaurant, without ANY customers?

Read moreMy gf & I went into this location to have a night out of the house. We waited 5 minutes for our food & I watched the man with 1 glove on make our chicken sandwiches & he touched our food with both hands. Same man also complained about having to make my crispy chicken wrap & had the other guy do it. Finally after waiting what seemed FOREVER, we got our food & of course I complained about him not wearing gloves. So the manager dumped our entire order in the trash & we had to wait again. The manager made our food & also touched the chicken without putting gloves on. We finally got our order after paying 20 minutes before! I asked for it to go bc of how long I had to wait. They forgot our fries so had to go back up to the counter to get those. Oh & for waiting for SO long, we were given cookies. The young man up front picked up the churro fries, open end, nit the bottom of the little bag, also without gloves. The manager stated that they didn't have to wear gloves up front bc they pick the food up at the sealed end of the bag. I told her to watch the camera bc he didn't pick it up that way & he touched the churros. She got loud, I got louder. She threatened to call the police on me & told me that I wasn't allowed back. All of this bc her employees failed to wear gloves while handling our food, her included. I will be going above her & I will be allowed back. None of this would have happened had they simply had gloves on while making our food.

Read moreDoing the review right now 1139 am. Dude taking my order is rude as hell. I asked about the blue slushy dude was rude "we don't have anything like that. " In a very rude condescending way. He then asked if I meant the blueberry frozen drink. Dude, I don't work there you do. Oh and we waited for like 15 minutes to order. He never apologized for the wait. Just a very mean employee. If I come here again and he's the one taking my order I'm driving off. Foods overly priced to be talked down to by a customer that frequents this spot.
So an update here. On Saturday 03/22, we ordered some food through the app. No clue on who was working there. Went through the drive through. Same dude told us to go around and wait. We waited and waited until I finally came in and the same employee started to give me a sob story about how he is the only one working there etc. Told me I may want to sit down cause it's going to be "A while." We have written to corporate and I hope they see this cause spending 40 bucks for crappy customer service is just horrible. If he doesn't like his job then maybe change that? We all have our issues with whatever job we have. But I'm not taking it out on the people that are paying for the services they acquire. I was taught the customer is what keeps you employed.
