This was our first visit...We walked in and the disinfectant and paper towels were in a "plentiful" supply..Pandemic PLUS...
As we walked through the store, we were greeted and acknowledged...PLUS...
The variety was absolutely great--and NOT "dusty" as that would've been an indication that it's been sitting there for a while...I purchased rosemary oil(for hair), collagen powder( for hair), and aloe capsules ( for hair)..
They have cotton candy grapes😋🤗!!Fresh vegetables and meats as well as a large assortment of well everything that's in a grocery store but in addition so many health food choice: oils, health juices, etc...Young caucasian dude helped us find item--with a great attitude and willingness to genuinely help us..PLUS..
An African American woman named "Jay" -- short nickname...She was very personable, relatable and professional...You know allll those things that are needed in customer service but is lacking these days...Great job Jay and great smile through the mask! Felt it...
I would've given 5 stars...However, I went back in after my purchase to use the ladies room..There were NO spills of paper towels, water, soap.PLUS.However, the young lady working the restroom...SMH...(I washed my hands before I use the facilities as well as after----Yep I'm one of those people)
..I waved my hand underneath the automatic paper towel machine and nothing came out she stepped out of the stale after emptying the trash and what sounded like cleaning it🤷♀️..She "peered" at me, said nothing, rolled her eyes at me, waved her hand underneath the machine next to her...I said :Oh, loll, this one works..She just stared and turned around..Said nothing...It was kind of weird..
Kindly train all employees congeniality...It's a...
Read moreI’ve been going to the store for YEARS and have never had a bad experience until today. I went in to the store for castor oil and couldn’t find it. As I was looking for it on the back wall I passed one of the workers and I heard them say “ do you need help with anything” when I turned to say yes I realized she was talking to the older white guy so I waited while she assisted him so I could ask her for help but after she was done she just walked passed me and only stopped when I said something. She finally helped me and even sparked up a conversation with me. I was walking back and forward between the aisles looking for tinctures that I wanted to come back and get and I noticed she kept walking and back forward between the aisles. I thought it was weird but I ignored it because maybe that’s what they are supposed to do. I get to the check out line and a nice older white lady lets me go in front of her since I only had 2 items. As the cashier started ringing up my times I noticed she didn’t greet me at all. No “ hello” or “ how are you” just “are these separate” again I ignored it because maybe she’s just having a bad day. I understand because I use to work retail. After I gave her the money she handed me my money and I said thank you. I put my hand out for my bag instead of handing it to me she put it on the side and told me my total. No “ have a nice day” or “ thank you for shopping with us. Everything clicked as I was walking out and I heard the caucasian cashier ask the Caucasian old lady who let me skip how was her day. Again I’ve been shopping at this store for years an have never had this experience and I am never the one to pull the racism card but I know I will be finding another sprouts or a different natural...
Read moreI always enjoy shopping at sprouts It aids me in my budding venture to explore vegan options. But lately what I've been going here for mostly, is for the deli sandwiches! 🥪 If you haven't tried their $4.99 deli sandwiches then you're missing out - simple as that. You can add chips and a bottle of water for an additional dollar - so why not? It comes in a handy little tote bag that is strong enough for reuse If you do that type of thing, otherwise it allows for you to run in grab a quick meal that doesn't break the bank and run out. And let me tell you if you try them once you'll go back again and again. I've gone several times but the guy in the deli who makes the best ones his name is something like Andy or Andrew or something like that. He's super polite, courteous and professional and seems to be a born sandwich maker. These are the best sandwiches ever they're stacked, meaty and they're pretty. For the past month and a half I've been going only for these sandwiches. The only downside is they shut the deli down at 7:00 and sometimes a little bit earlier than that they start clearing things out, cleaning things up and closing down. The store is still open but the deli will be closed and so that's a little early I think but maybe not but I love the sandwiches so much I just make sure that I plan to get there before 7:00. I usually get the turkey sandwich on multigrain bread and a lot of fixings. If you've already tried the deli sandwiches then you know exactly what I mean when I say they are wonderful, and if you haven't tried them then you...
