Where do I start?!!!

About 3 months ago I fell down a flight of stairs and it left one side of my butt with a permanent indentation. To me, it looked deformed. I decided to give it some time to heal and get back to normal, but I knew I'd need something more. I didn't want to go the route of surgery (it's just not that serious), so I figured I'd get collagen building filler. The procedure is actually called Instant BBL, for those looking to book it.

I decided to go to Charette Cosmetics Miami. The injector's name is Jackie and let me say, I just love her. She was so sweet and accommodating. I was late for my appointment. If you know Miami Beach traffic then enough said. Jackie was very personalable, and knowledgeable. She made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. She made my problem area look so much better. I for sure plan to come back for an additional round to get everything back to as normal as possible.

The guy at the front desk (his name escapes me right now) was really sweet and helpful as well.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the Miami office, and I highly recommend them for whatever cosmetic services that you plan to get. Everyone was very professional and the office was extremely clean. The also have offices in Atlanta and Dallas.

Something to note:

Again, this office is on Miami Beach. Between traffic, road construction, and trying to find parking, give yourself even more additional time than you normally would...

I had the Morpheus 8 treatment in Miami about a month ago and I'm nothing short of regretful. During the consultation I was offered the Melanx chemical peel, I quickly refused the treatment due to the downtime and made it very clear I have work and cannot get a treatment associated with a downtime as I work in the public eye. I was told Morpheus 8 only had 3 days downtime, and asked what did I want the treatment for and I told Kimia for my pores. At no time was it mentioned that Morpheus 8 is an invasive treatment, whether it was not mentioned due to inexperience or greed, I left suffering. My skin is in the worse condition it has ever been, since getting this treatment at Charette Cosmetics; chicken skin-like bumps, dark spots under my eyes and smile line areas; where a second pass was done, my face was disfigured and swollen, I was unrecognizable. I now have to spend money on corrective treatments for the chicken skin and dark spots that I did not have before. I've emailed customer service and have been completely ignored, so it's obvious they only care about one thing and it's not the...
